She went above and beyond what was required of her while keeping the best interests of both parties at the forefront. She was always there when I had questions, ideas, or concerns. I felt like she was on my side, and I had an ally in my corner. If any of my Colleagues ever need a recruiter, I will send them to her way all the while singing her praises. I have recently had a pleasant experience at Robert Half Technology through dealings with Julie Sequeira and Mackenzie Clark. This has been such a novelty for me, after extensive job searching, that I have had to wonder what I did to deserve it. Called to setup an appointment with a recruiter. Lady who answered the phone was awesome, asked detailed questions to ensure she sent me to the correct recruiter. Was asked to leave a voicemail, because the person to whom I needed to speak was not available until the afternoon. Left a message and 24 hours later had not heard anything. Called again and was told he was in a meeting. 3 days later not a word.

I was at the end of my sanity trying to find employment. I sent my resume for a dream job and was contacted by a Robert half employment specialists. They were so helpful and quickly but seamlessly got all the necessary paperwork done through email. They were able to set me up with an interview, negotiated the salary for me and less then a week later I have my dream job! Thank you thank you thank you

Julie Sequeira was a great recruiter for my short time at Robert Half - short only because I was hired on full time at the job I was placed at rather quickly.

They got my husband to quit a well paying job with the promise of being moved from one job to another to give him the experience he needed. After the first job they ended everything without warning. They called and said today is the last day we are paying you. They never answered his new employer when they called for verification and getting the 401k rolled over is a nightmare since they are taking every available second. Save the headache. Find somewhere else to work. These people are useless.

Very very very bad agency. They never call you back and never work for you unresponsive people no manners very very very bad agency I hope they close soon because no worth of people time.

Good matches . but very inconsiderate. And bad communication skills. I feel there is some discrimination going on .
