Been using their services for years. Folks are always nice and accommodating, despite how unprepared I normally am. The drop off service is fantastic. Also they have a lot of cute cats.

I handed in my documents on March 16th, and never heard a word from them. 4 weeks ago I called to find out what is taking so long, and they told me their turn around time is 6 weeks. It is now May 11th (almost 8 weeks later) and I do not have my return, so I called to find out what was going on. Apparently, whenever they receive their documents, they place everything in alphabetical order and give you a log number. My log number is 1306, but they are still working in the 950s. The person I spoke to said that if I wouldn’t have called, they wouldn’t have even done my taxes. AND THEY WOULD NOT HAVE LET ME KNOW. The communication at this place is horrible, their time management clearly needs work, and their respect for customers is almost nonexistent. If you’re waiting for your taxes, I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

I have been a customer for almost 4 years these people are awesome friendly and very professional they have got me max tax refunds since I switched to them and I highly recommend them for the most complicated taxes that you might have to get filed these guys are very educated in the field

Lady is always rude whenever I call to check. Turned in paper work on March 16th. Supposedly takes 6 weeks but I’m on my 8th week now and zero updates. Definitely don’t recommend.

These wonderful ladies have been helping us with our taxes for years. My husband owns his own business and they have always bent over backwards to help us, answer any question and even helped with advice during a sales tax audit. They are plain spoken and tell it like it is! If you are looking for someone to sugar coat things, they arent for you, but if you want honesty and hard work and good advice with fair pricing, look no further! Plus I love their office kitties :)

I love the Tax Ladies! Dawn has handled my taxes for years. I bring in the documentation, hand it to her and she goes to work. When she finishes, I have complete peace of mind that it is right! Exceptionally good. Highly recommend.

They dont even deserve one star, they lost my husbands W2 last year when we turned in our taxes to be done. We didnt realize that they had made a mistake until the IRS contacted us regarding his W2. We contacted the Tax Ladies to get answers regarding this. Their response was to blame us, and walk away. When we asked about the chances that they could have possibly attached his W2 with all his information, including his SS# to another clients paperwork, and they had nothing to say, it was like the phone line went dead she was so quiet, she never answered the question. We will never go back there again, and we will totally tell everyone we work with and are acquainted with about how unreliable and ready to blame everyone but themselves they are, we are very disappointed in them!

They did not file electronically and charged almost $300 for my husband and I. Had to pay over $20 to ship.
