They do not care about black lives at all. This place is not helpful. We need something else or better caseworkers. Very horrible experience from this place. Just seek help elsewhere before your statute of limitations runs out. They will not help you at all. Just a waste of gas to drive to their office. I do not know why they even pretend to care. The truth is they do not care at all about you and protect the businesses. If you have an issue with a government body then do not even try getting help from them.

My family had a very horrible experience with this place. They never replied to my letter and it has been 6 months. I wish there were helpful resources for victims of discrimination. This place and their caseworkers basically intake and close out cases by the loads. The caseworkers are not friendly and very rude and the ones who are over them do not care at all. We got the runaround and no responses. We were mistreated and it was a very sad situation to go through and no support was given.

When a family member sent a 6-page letter to the chief commisoner and the executive director about how her case was incorrectly handled; both of them ignored her letter. The two people who worked on her case were rude and condescending. Why is it that this place even exists if nobody cares about what happens to people? It seems like they just help the oppressors not the victims. It is sad that minorities have no justice in Kentucky. Why even take a case if you are just going to withdraw it? This place is not helpful and there needs to be better caseworkers (and better employees over them) who really like helping victims.

They could careless about helping people they only try to fund fault and a loop hole for the corporations, business are whoever they have authority and jurisdiction over. They are all in pocket and work to help keep the people in bondage especially the so called African Americans. Saddest part is most of the workers are so called African Americans. Go figure,now we do the work of the oppressors happily and proudfully only to oppress and condemn our on. So they can be acknowledge by there constituents and appease the enemy. Bought and paid for by government they have no objections with taking the mark of the beast.

Abuse against woman is wrong and frankly pathetic.
