We prepayed weed control service. This company claims they provide six applications per year, so it’s natural to assume they would come in to spray yard each every two months.The previous service to our lawn is April 19, now about 3 months later, we still don’t see them come in to serve the lawn. We email, no reply; we called and got a reply that we don’t think very friendly. The woman answered the phone told us the time between applications is 7 weeks, but their previous service to our lawn is 11 weeks ago!
I see a big difference in the health of my lawn after using their services.
You get what you pay for... They have great prices, but after using them for a couple of years, I believe I am done. Be prepared to call all the time and never get real answers about your service. Do not try to e-mail them.. they will not respond to that either. I paid for 6 applications again this year; the best example of customer service was when they called me in early August to see how the service was going, I told them I had a had some issues with crabgrass in the front, I was told they would be out that week, but no one came.. a week later called again and was told this week again, and again.. no one came; in total I called 4-5 times and sent an e-mail, finally got service mid September. Had aeration and overseeding service scheduled today.. they sat in front of the house for a while, I spoke to the employee in the truck as I was leaving for a walk, then he drove away. I called the company two more times to figure out why, (during the first call they said they would call me back to tell me what happened, of course they didnt call back). Apparently my sprinkler heads werent marked, (I do not have an irrigation system), so instead of the employee simply asking me about sprinkler heads when we spoke, it is apparently common practice to just leave with no explanation. Good prices though.
The Louisville company always delivers what they promise.
My lawn is full of weeds and now they tell me I have Army worms. I thought thats why I paid for a weed and pest control service . They stopped by and said I should go to Lowes. I will never use this service e again. Customer service e is horrible.

Very courteous, pleasant people. Insect control was very quick and effective. They were also very willing to resolve issues that might have been beyond their control. Hopefully have found my new lawn care company.

Canceled my service after 2nd cut . One person showed up and did a HORRIBLE JOB. Edging was a disaster.

Signed up for 6 visit service and they are good about letting you know what was performed. I had them aerate and powerseed my yard the end of last year but not sure if that did any good. I just moved in late last year and the yard was in pretty bad shape to begin with so I will start with 4 stars.
Very responsive and they do free service calls within days to address any concerns you may have.
Called about single application and was told that they would send someone out the next week. It is now two days into the following week and I have not heard from anyone. If they do not have time to service my lawn then they could at least call and tell me. I also called and their phone service said I was next in line but after 10 minutes no one had picked up.Update...Rep called and apologized and said they were behind because of rain and Holidays and told me they would be here next Monday.
We couldnt be happier with the results of using Naturescape. Our yard continues to improve with every service application. Highly recommended

We love their service and highly recommend Naturescape. They have come back out a couple of times for no charge service calls to make sure we are happy. Their prices are very reasonable as well.
Even just trying to get this service started has been the most frustrating and futile situation imaginable! We called a few weeks ago to start services for lawn mowing as our lawn has started growing fast. We were quoted 7-10 days initially, which seemed a little long. We asked if there was any way they could be out sooner and the person answering the phone said that theyd be out in the next few days. Great! A few days go by and I havent seen them/heard from them so we call back. They said theyre working on it and will be out in the next couple of days. Not ideal but understandable. This went on for two weeks - me calling and them assuring theyd be out shortly. I called again on Friday and they stated that they havent been out due to rain. This is the first time theyve said anything like this and its only after Ive gotten angry about it. Its hardly like it rained every moment of every day over the last two weeks and its a convenient excuse to use after youve already made your customer angry. The topper on this, though, is when I called on Friday and told them I wasnt happy with their services thus far, the person on the phone apologized and said theyd be out the next day - so Saturday. On Saturday around mid-day, I still hadnt seen them so I called back to check on their status and got a call center in Atlanta who takes their weekend calls because they dont work weekends! So now not only can they not complete a simple task, theyre also liars.In the over two week period since theyve agreed to take my business, Ive had to call half a dozen times to figure out what theyre doing AND Ive been lied to AND my lawn still hasnt been cut! Why am I babysitting a company thats taking my money?

Been with company a few years and have always had good service.
After a few complaints the company reached out to me and Roger who is the regional manager, came out to personally look at my lawn. Let me know what the issues were and let me know what types of weeds I actually had and the type of grass that is invading my lawn. I feel much better about the company due to Rogers actions today. He also offered to reseed my front lawn at no cost to me. So I have deleted my negative review because I am now aware that my lawns issues were not completely on nature scape but that I share part fault in that I ordered the service late and missed a few pre emergent treatments. I am considering them as an option next year.

I used Naturescape for a few years. Started out with good service but continually got worse. Paid for aeration and seed to help lawn along with regular mowing. Final straw with me was them killing my peonies in a clearly stone edged bed. I would not recommend this companyResponse: I declined replacement because they were from my Grandmothers yard. After she passed we all took plants to remember her by. Her yard/garden were beautiful. You can’t replace that
Naturescape has done our lawn care for over 10 yrs, and overall they have done a good job. However, we contracted for them to treat for grubs, hoping to prevent the Japanese beetles, and they failed to get the job done before the beetle outbreak. This was despite making a couple calls requesting they get it done. They even failed to return one call.
