On August the 6th a man by the name of Juan hooked up dish network services at my home. He asked if he could drill “a hole into my home” I said yes. I am a mom of 4 in which I was tending to my children while he was installing the dish. Little to my knowledge he had no idea was he was doing. He ran dish network lines to 5 rooms in my house. Everyone of these wires are ran on the exterior of my home. I have 5 holes drilled into my vinyl siding and all the way through my house. These holes are big enough to fit 3 or 4 wires through it. They were left open and not filled or anything. Eventually wasp nest are going to be built in my walls and I have a child with a severe allergy to where we have to keep epi pens everywhere. I have two parts on my house where there are cable splitter placed and wire ran from them like spider webs all over my house. I have a wire just lying across my front porch over my rocking chairs. I have wires wrapped around my chimneys, across my roof and around and up my walls. The wires that are running up my vinyl siding and around it are all screwed down with clamps. I have over 100 small screw holes holding wires down and 5 big holds drilled all the way through. The inside holes were left open and the mess was left everywhere. The wires are stretched across my kids floors and waded up in their corners waiting to be tripped over.No onto High performance and dish networks solution. High performance wants to come out and silicone the holes and take the wires down. I may not hang vinyl siding for a living but I know one thing for sure and that is you can not silicone holes in vinyl. Vinyl siding is not stationary there fore when the wind blows under it, it’s just going to knock that silicone loose. Even David Burnes from dish network agreed with that and the manager Zach from high performance. However nothing else has been offered to fix the problem. Moving forward on August 18th high performance was supposed to come back and remove all of the wires and screws from my house between 8am and 12pm. At 1:12pm I received a phone call from Sheryl at high performance trying to reschedule my appointment she had already missed, I asked if she could tell me what the appointment was for and she said a claim assessment, I corrected her and told her it was to take wires off my house. She had no idea what I was talking about. That was the second time someone was supposed to come take the wires down. Still to this day I have a spider web of wires everywhere, big holes and small holes drilled into my house, and wires running across my kids bed room floors.Dish network says this is up to high performance to take care of, high performance wants to do nothing but silicone my house. The last lady I talked to said well you have old vinyl and existing holes in your vinyl already. They are correct however none of those holes went all the way through my house, and the whole inside of my house just was remodeled and painted and now I have 5 HUGE interior holes. I also have over 100 new holes all over my vinyl siding! It’s a tacky mess. Intake pride in my old home, and my family I am raising in it! I will spread the word across social media to stay clear of these people and I will remain to do so until they make this right!Yes I signed a contract, Juan gave me his phone and asked me to sign I was never offered to read or given a paper copy. Yes I agreed to drill A HOLE (one hole) into my house never would I have agreed to the mess he did. I never thought I would have to follow him around to watch what he was doing, like I said I was tending to my 4 children, I thought he knew how to do his job. I don’t get paid to follow him around.Juan the man who installed my dish quit the day of the install and per Zach the manager of he would not have quit he would have been fired by the job he has done.FYI THE PICTURES OF MY HOUSE they consider this a “standard installation”

So I dont know much about the actual product they offer or even the service of the technicians, I do however know that the few people they have employed there on Saturdays are rude to customers and say rude things after getting off the phones but more importantly to me is how they dont even have the decency to tip their food delivery driver!! Shows what kind of people they will hire. Most of them are rude to try and communicate with also.

5 Stars for the actual service, minus 4 stars for sketchy office practices that cant be opted out of.High Power came out to install my Dish service at my new house. The technician was very good, and got the service done very quickly despite the fact that it was raining. Had he finished his service, made sure it worked, and left, this would be a 5-star review.Unfortunately, he was required to try to sell me a soundbar despite the fact that I already had one. I told him I wasnt interested, and he told me he had to go through the demonstration as it was a requirement. As far as I can tell, its not a Dish Network requirement but a requirement of High Power. Despite me not wanting him to, I let him go through the demo, since otherwise everything seemed good. Then, he was required to call his office and let them know he was done. This is where things got very sketchy. He asked if he could borrow my phone to call the office. I declined, because he is a stranger and I had already signed my Dish paperwork so he should be leaving. He told me it was a requirement and that if he didnt call he couldnt leave. I asked him to use his phone because I didnt want him using my phone and seemed annoyed and acted like I was being crazy. He told me it would take longer because he would have to wait for me to finish the call, but he could leave right away if he used my phone. I asked why he couldnt just leave, and he said it was a High Power requirement. He dawlded and kept trying to convince me to give him my phone, and eventually I relented so he would leave. The only reason they needed to use my phone was to try and get me to take a satisfaction survey. Had they contacted me afterwards via a call or email, I would have happily done the survey since the tech was very good, but this whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. This felt very intrusive, and as a customer I felt someone violated that there was no way for me to decline the tech using my personal phone. There should be an easy way for a customer to opt out of this policy, especially when they are subcontracting for another company. If I ever need technical services again, I will not be using High Power. I have reported this sketchy behavior to Dish.

If you want to get Dish installed, these are the people to order from. They are the regional service provider for Dish and will install your system professionally. There are other small outfits that sell Dish but, they do not install many customers and do not install systems with the same integrity that HPTS does.
