Our service has been terrible with this company, and our satellite is down yet again. We called last weekend, and no one ever called back. The tv started working again in the middle of the week, but we dont even know if someone came out or if it just kicked in again. Now it is out again and we are spending another weekend without a tv. We have not received the service we were promised when we signed with this company. This is the fifth time we have had to have service since we signed our contract in August. And it takes days to get support.

This company is hands down top notch!! I will not use anyone else when assisting with Tv & Internet services. They work with all the available tv & internet providers, and guided me through the entire process. They installed my Directv service and placed the order for my Uverse internet service. Everything went flawlessly.

Would be great if they returned calls
