I don’t know how any of these reviews even exist. This company told us cash offer money in ten days. The contract my 75 year old dad signed Says they need financing. Contradictory information, people won’t return phone calls, said after everyone signed the contract called back yelling that they wouldn’t pay what the signed contract indicated. Fraudulent business from square one. Totally unprofessional, buying as is and then complained that the house needs updated. This company makes no sense. Said closing within 10 days, contract says 30 days then 60 days to close. Completely fraudulent contract. Wasted our time. Let’s see how this contract stands up in court.
