I would NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone, especially those who do not speak good English and/or do not have a good understanding of the home buying process! Our closing was not completed until 16 days after the maximum allotted 45 days stipulated in the contract. The delinquency resulted in additional expenses to both the Buyer and Seller totaling $1500. An attempt to resolve this matter with management was met with denial and deflection.

One of the realtors part of the Breland Group Realtors (Don Booth) sold a house next to ours and gave false information about property available for the use of the new home buyers and when we tried to tell him they were wrong he came to our house with the new home buyer (homebuyer had his gun on his hip on our front porch), before they even closed on the house, and were screaming at my husband and cursing at him so my husband called the police and they finally left. We let them use the land until we talked to our attorney and when he told us they had no legal rights to use the property and we discontinued letting them use the property then Don Booth came back to our house with the home owners wife and stood on the street in front of our house screaming at my husband and telling him he will kill us in court and he makes more money than we do and calling him names. They would not leave until my husband called the police. I would recommend staying far away from Don Booth and the company he works for if this is a sign of their ethics.
