Reliable Rentals is awesome! I worked with Maggie and Laura on my wedding and they were so helpful! Also they were able to beat the pricing of another rental company by $1,600. They have the best selection and are so helpful! I highly recommend using them for your events or wedding.
Maggie and the staff at Reliable Rentals were amazing to work with! I love using Reliable Rentals for all my event needs. Great customer service and they always have what I need. I rent tables, chairs, tents and linens 3 - 4 times a year for work events. The process to talk through what is needed and place an order is super easy. The staff are patient, flexible and offer valuable knowledgeable when planning an event. Plus, the prices are reasonable.

We booked a tent through this company in the event that rain was in the forecast for our outside wedding ceremony. They had one of the most competitive quotes, but the best part was they allowed us to cancel the tent two days out from the event. Most companies have a two week cancellation policy which you can not tell anything about the wedding two weeks out. The weather ended up cooperating therefore we did not need the tent.We ended up paying less than the deposit which was good insurance for our event. The staff was always friendly and easy to reach. They even drove out 25 miles or so to our site to make sure the tent worked for our space.It was great doing business with them.
This is the go to company for wedding rentals. Up to date on the latest trends. I was able to do everything over email which made things so easy.
What an unprofessional organization!I called and booked a tent, tables, and chairs for a wedding party. They took my order and DEPOSIT over the phone. Reliable Rentals calls back later and explains that they over-booked themselves and ran out of the chairs I ordered. I called back and they could not even FIND my order, they had to call me back the next day once they found it. By then the only chairs they had left available were priced higher than the chairs I ordered. (Surprise!)Instead of offering me these chairs at the same price I was originally quoted, management wanted me to pay for the difference in chair-quality.Does this seem like the way a customer should be treated? Especially 10 days before the event?!STAY AWAY
I guess I should have read reviews before using this company. I wont use them again.I rented 2 insulated food storage containers. The rental process went well. Very friendly and good service. However after picking these items up and upon using them I discovered that one was warped so badly that I could not use it.I called on Monday to inform them because they were closed when I found out. Only to be told for the first time that they have an oncall number. And that because I didnt make them aware of the problem at the time of use that they would not refund my money.I am a caterer and if this was a client with an issue that arose after hour I would either make sure that they are aware of this policy at pickup or refunded their money when made aware of it. To me this is NOT good customer service and because I was unable to use something that I needed I had to find something else that would work last minute. I do not recommend this place to anyone. They really need to make people aware of their policies in advance.

I highly recommend that you do NOT use Reliable Rentals if you have the choice. My wedding was in May, but I chose to wait a few months to calm down so that I could write a fair and honest review.I had so many issues with Reliable Rentals but none were more frustrating than their complete and total lack of communication. I rented a tent, chairs, tables, and linens for my wedding. I set everything up with Melissa, a manager, a few months prior. They were contracted to be delivered the day before my wedding and I was told they would be delivered between 8-11am. They called me at 7am that day to say there would be a slight delay, but assured that the rentals would be delivered by the afternoon. I called multiple times throughout the day, and was assured things like, they are packing up the truck now for hours. Once again they promised they would be there by 7pm at the latest and so I missed my rehearsal dinner to wait for them. They didnt show up until 9:30pm. On top of everything, they informed me at 10pm the night before my wedding that the tent could not be set up in the location promised because Melissa had ordered the wrong tent size even though I had given her the exact dimensions of the space along with pictures. I left at midnight (they didnt finish until 3am) so I could attempt to get some sleep but when I returned I was even more frustrated. They didnt set up the tables and chairs as promised, they actually left the white chairs sitting in the muddy grass (so I had to spend the morning cleaning them), and they set up the tent in a location I had asked them not to. While setting up the tables myself, I also found that one was completely broken and unusable. Further, they didnt pick up the rentals until a full day after the contracted date, with absolutely no communication.They didnt call to apologize- in fact, I called them to ask for my money back the Monday after my wedding. During the initial phone call I found Melissa to be extremely defensive and less than apologetic. She agreed to give me a portion of my money back and assured me that the check would be in the mail the next day. I reluctantly agreed because I wanted to be done with this company. Of course, a week later, I had never received the check so I called and was told that they still hadnt written it because they were waiting to make sure I had returned everything (which is fine, but there was absolutely NO communication about this policy when Melissa originally promised to send the check the following day and no communication afterwards). I eventually received the check a few weeks after my wedding.Not only did using this company cause me unprecedented stress on my wedding day, their lack of professionalism and blatant deceitfulness caused me to miss my rehearsal dinner. I originally asked for a full refund, which they refused, but even that would not have made up the stress I experienced and the things I missed due to their lack of communication. I would never want another bride or business to experience this and so that is why I highly recommend that you do NOT use this company.

I had rented a tent with them 6 hours late when they were suppose to put the tent up. Had me waiting around when i could have done other things and they gave us the wrong tent. Will never rent from them ever again.
