I love this place the staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. I was pleasantly surprised at the large variety of costumes and party supplies. They have items no other party store has. I bought my Grandchildren a walking pony balloon for their birthdays and they loved it. The balloon was as big as them. It really was cute. I stop in every so often to find little bags of toys to refresh a treasure chest I have for my grandchildren.

We ordered several balloon bouquets, balloon stands and other miscellaneous balloons for my daughter’s graduation party back on June 5. The balloon specialist at the store (sorry forgot her name) helped us with color selection and decoration ideas. They were all delivered on the day of the party and I was amazed!!! They looked fantastic! The staff was so friendly and the balloons were reasonably priced...I honestly thought I was going to pay about twice what they charged me. A lot of the balloons are still going strong a month after the party too so we’ve been enjoying them for a month! I would strongly recommend party paradise to anyone having a gathering. I was looking for specific supplies related to one of our local High Schools for a graduation party. When I walked through the door the sales associates greeted me and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Party Paradise had EVERYTHING I needed and the price was affordable. **The icing on the cake: I have a very young son with Autism and he did come with me into the store that day. A lot of times we get looks and stares from other customers and employees because of his differences. The staff there was so understanding and even helped him pick out a Mickey Mouse toy. They did not bat an eye when he wanted to open it before we were ready to check out. I received excellent on-the-spot service from Valerie and Steve! They were awesome! I came in last minute to get balloons for my daughter’s party. They gave me ideas, and they even helped me pick out a color scheme of regular balloons to go with character balloons I picked out. They warned me about the heat possibly deflating the balloons and to take them straight inside after purchasing. I wasn’t going straight to the venue, so they offered to hold them for me and come back to pick them up. An amicable couple and fantastic business owners! Thank you again!!

Steve (the owner) was there and he helped me find what I needed. They also sell things made from local artists. It’s definitely not a generic party store, I will be back!

I needed long black gloves to complete an outfit for charity fashion show. I made calls and inquiries all over Lexington and Louisville but no one was carrying black gloves in Spring. I found some online but realized too late that Id forgotten to hit buy now and the deadline was approaching! Another online search for local vendors landed me on Party Paradise. What a relief to find exactly what I needed! I believe it was the owner of the store who helped me. I showed her a picture of my outfit and she agreed that the gloves would be perfect. She quickly found the long black gloves, and because I was sure that Id be buying them she helped me try them on. What a save! I got lots of compliments on the outfit and enjoyed telling my story. Need long black gloves? Only PARTY PARADISE has them!!

They had a huge selection of graduation decorations, balloons and paper goods. All colors were available and we had two graduations to celebrate! Were coming back for more. Their balloon selection is the best. Every color you can think of. The mylars selection is amazing, and they last for at least 2 weeks.Service is great, friendly and personal.Locally owned. Very helpful staff! I happened to get there right when they had closed (different hours due to covid) - I was planning a surprise birthday for a family member, so I had come later in the evening to get supplies. Thankfully, they were so gracious!! - they let me pop in quickly for a few items since they had JUST closed their doors. They helped me find the items I needed, blew up my special foil balloons, and held the door for me during my couple trips to the car, making sure I didnt lose my balloons.
