The mendacious CJ is not worth reading if it were free. They abandoned any pretext of reporting news and serve as a propaganda arm of the Democrat Party. Even my friends on the left have abandoned the CJ because it distorts the truth and has been reduced to a just a few pages. What happened to the Metro and Business sections?

Almost non existent customer service, and no way of cancelling services online. I have not had a sunday paper delivered since april 2017, and they refuse to respond to emails and the one time i had time to call them and actually talked to someone, they told me their servers were down when i asked for cancellation and a refund. Real convenient on their part. Filed a complaint with the BBB. Please be aware of their habits before signing up for their services!

Do not ever sign up for this service. I love couponing so I signed up for the Sunday paper. A month later I decided to cancel because I wasnt using it the way I thought I would and 15$ a month doesnt fit well into my budget. They argued with me on the phone, offering me lower prices and trying to convince me to stay, before they finally agreed to cancel my subscription.However, they didnt cancel it. Two weeks later my account was billed almost 16 dollars and I got an overdraft fee on top of that as I wasnt expecting any money to come out.At worst, these people at the Courier-Journal are crooks. At best, theyre just stupid and dont know how to do their jobs.

Terrible service. They fall to deliver papers close to 20% of the time. They dont even take customer phone calls for complaints.

They charge to much for their paper and i was over charged monies were never returned to my account
