Got great management! No place is perfect! But Ive never worked at a better trucking company! Im very grateful for the opportunity to work for a quality place! Thats a fact!

Beat company I have ever worked it allows me to take care of my family and hobbies. Most money Ive ever made. Never been disappointed or disatisfied with this company I also plan on working here until I cant no more. Hoping to become a silver bullet one day. Also the perks are very nice and love the resorts.

3rd time was a charm on getting my delivery. The driver was helpful and friendly. Just wish they made the delivery on one of the two appointments they made for me to be home. . :( Thankful it made it though.

This is the second day in a row that my shipment has not been delivered due to carrier negligence. My postal code clearly shows I live on a military base. The first time my item was not delivered because the driver that was sent to deliver did not have base access. Knowing that this delivery was going to a military base the driver should have been vetted beforehand. Fine. They rescheduled for the next day with a driver that had base access, or so I was told. I rescheduled my day, again, to await delivery. Checked tracking on the site and it showed my shipment was scheduled for delivery. I waited all day and nothing. No call, no confirmation. When I finally called the office to find out what was going on no one knew where my item was. This is a large piece of equipment and no one can tell me how or why it wasn’t loaded on a truck for delivery. The person I spoke to on the phone told me I would have to wait until Monday to see if maybe they can sort this out. So I have to call on Monday to make sure people are doing their jobs? This will now be the third time that I have to reschedule my day to accommodate a delivery that may or may not happen. This would be unacceptable in any other industry. I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism I’ve experienced thus far. I shouldn’t have to complain or speak to management to make sure a service I paid for is provided.

Don’t hire this company! They are more concerned with what is best for them than the customer. Worst delivery company ever.

We ordered a very nice and expensive chair from Amazon. R+L was unfortunately the company that delivered the chair. Here’s the problem, they were supposed to call when they got here. They were supposed to bring the chair to the porch. But here’s what actually happened. They never bothered to call to let us know they were in the area, then they left our very expensive chair in the street behind our driveway! When we called to find out what happened, their very competent and caring customer service person hung up on us (said sarcastically). I usually get great service from Amazon but this was some BS. If you can use ANY other company than R+L I suggest you do it and if you can’t find another company it’s probably best to do it yourself than to depend on people who get paid to deliver your stuff but don’t care at all about their jobs or your stuff.

Used R & L carriers to have engineered flooring shipped from Georgia to a Crescent Hill job site. They offers exceptional customer service and provided both a hydraulic lift gate & pallet jack to assist us in unloading the engineered flooring from their truck to our job site.

Use to use this company on a weekly basis for LTL freight. Service has gotten pretty bad. After waiting over 10 days for them to pick up something I decided to switch to a different carrier.

Great place to ship and receive huge packages. Could be a little faster on bringing the item to the customer, but overall very friendly.

Awful in every way got damaged merchandise was not given anytime to see if it was damaged. It appeared to have been dropped during shipping. The driver told me he hoped my child got on her moped and wrecked and died just because he had to come back and move the item into a safer spot

No complaints, still could pay the dock workers better.
