Easy location to get to lots of parking! And They loaded me within 40 minutes! That’s fast! Great Job guys! In the office there was a polite lady 👍🏼, the unloader guy was super chill 👍🏼, I do recommend this company, they open at 7am, so if you want to get unloaded quickly be in the office at 7am.

I love the audacity of a place that charges you if youre late but yet they dont even start unloading you until 2 hours after your appointment. I showed up 30 minutes before my appointment and I was there for a total of 5 1/2 hours. The fat a** cow in office is very rude.

We got here on time for our appointment to be loaded. Full trailer and we were back on the road in an hour. Ill always except a load coming out of hereStaff was exceptional and even hooked our air lines back up for us, closed the swing doors and put the seal on.

Ive been to a lot of the Lineages and this one was a refreshing change. Got in and loaded within an hour. Dock worker was really quick and helpful; she even opened my doors for me! Easy backing and has overnight parking.Everybody was REALLY nice and helpful. Except the lady at check in; she obviously shouldnt be working in that position because she is pretty condescending towards drivers and its abundantly clear that she believes herself superior to us (Newsflash!, some of us have advanced degrees but choose to do this for varied reason - its easier than sitting in an office). So, 4 stars due to her. Not a good 1st interaction for the company to have with a driver (dread ensues); of which other employees have to go above & beyond to compensate for.That being said, overall a great experience. Just show up during your scheduled time people; avoid chaos.

Arrive @ 1700 for a 2100 Appt. Was quickly giving a dock when I checked in. Waited maybe an hour they came out to open the doors. Was unloaded by 1915. Plenty of room for overnight parking, restrooms and vending machines if you need them. Staff was friendly and efficient.

This place will overload you then make u go 20 miles for a scale ticket. Took 8 hrs in this place load was supposed to be 38000 ended up 45000 put me 1000 overweight

This is a surprisingly good review, as Ive had consistently bad experiences with the Lineage in University Park, IL. However I digress, this location was pleasurable and very quick. They couldve used 2 shipping clerks however the one there handled her own. Im glad one location had there affairs in order, kudos.

Arrived 0700 for a 1430 appointment, they had me unloaded and out by 0830. Very polite, very quick.Check in is standard Lineage, but much quicker than the Mira Loma location.

Extremely rude checkin clerk named Kayla. Ignores drivers to complete personal conversations and very snappy rude when speaking to drivers. Her attitude is completely uncalled for. I have not had any issues with any other locations. Has overnight parking.

Great place to deiver! I arrived at 5PM on Wednesday for my 7AM Thursday delivery. I checked in just incase they wanted to recieve the product early. The lady at the check in window was friendly and polite. She gave me a door and i was leaving their property by 6:15PM. Thank you Lineage Logistics ps. Night staff for the win.

They are a refrigerated warehouse. The employees are hard working and helpful. Plenty of parking. Be careful pulling into and driving around the parking lot. There are always lots of trucks pulling in and out, or waiting to pull into a loading bay so be careful. They are located on Winstead which is off Cane Run Road and very easy to miss if you are not looking for it.

They have overnight parking. The staff is somewhat friendly. The broker we used had an 8:30 a.m. pick up but I did not get the call till 1400. Lineage charged a late pickup fee. Thats okay, the broker will pay that. However, lineage made me sit in front of a dock door four and a half hours before they started to load me. Then I was told one price for the late fee, I got a check cleared for it, then they come back and said it wasnt enough. They changed the price of their late fee.A grand total of 6 hours to get loaded. Plus its an LTL load, only 12 pallets

Avoid if possible. You will be waiting for very long. Out of 17 trucks at the docks ( you have to stay 4 feet away until they inform you) only 2 actually loading.10-15 more trucks waiting in staging area.6-7 workers coming out once in a while and smoking in front of office. No idea what’s going on here.

With todays eld and with these kind of facilities you cant make it from louisville to chicago in one shift, even when arrive at your appt.Conclusion another bull**** distribution center.

Checked in 1845 for a 1930 apptLoaded 24 plts, Out by 2150 that is a national average wait time, and there are places 10 times worse that you would never go, so I cant complain, after all cool associates with good attitudes working here making the process seem easier than is!

Broker load. Rate confirmation clearly says that they will take on a work in basis. Well they wont and by the way, now that you have checked in, you cant leave. Never again

This is not a trucker friendly place my appointment was at 12 noon got here at 11am an hour early they said that it wa changed to 1300 its 1700 and still not off loaded they started unloading at 1600 there words we dont care what they told you we will unload you when we get to you and your next that was at 1500 2 hours after there appointment time for me

I would give 0 stars. Arrived at 1300 for a 2100 appt. Yea I know they go by appt time. Got door at 1900. Still sitting in dock at 2130 with 2hrs 54 min left on clock running down. I got a appt to pickup by 2359 in Walton Ky. 2hrs away & need washout & top reefer off. I wont make it. Process needs to be quicker. When I see same trucking company come right in & get door 2 doors down alright backed in dock & unloading = B.S. They take what they need. Not what you got. Then I heard receiver guy on radio. Need to put one foot before the other. Then move your feet quicker.

Chubby at the check in window thinks he something else.. yelling and screaming at me for not leaving my cdl at the window. Could easily catch some hands next time, I’ve done it before.

People inside are friendly enough but sheesh the wait time. Unloading wasn’t too bad, about 3 hrs but got dispatched to pick up here right after and have been waiting 2.5 hrs now for them to let me back into my door to load me. Plenty of spots for overnight parking and food delivery options nearby. Recommend Asian House for Chinese/sushi.

Been delivering here every Monday for the 2 1/2 mths allowed parking now the gates are locked so I would plan on stopping before you come all the way in

Drivers in front of me were hearing: Youre late. $75 LATE FEE. Walked to the window - surprise! Youre late! Everyone at the window was LATE and had to pay $75 Late FEE...$75 from each surprised driver... 100, 200, 300 drivers a day...🤔

This place should be avoided if all possible. They are slow to unload and very rude to the customer/drivers. I feel like the staff stay on break and it shows because theyre methods are not effective and very insufficient. This facility shouldnt even get one star so 2 tumbs down and i will be making sure i wont be back.

This is my 2nd time here, in the past 2 years. I love that they have overnight parking!I forgot his name, but the guy that runs the shipping/ receiving desk (red beard, shaved head) is squared away! He a no bs guy, but very cool to work with. I arrived 14 hours early and he put me in a dock right away. It took a while for them to get to me, but early unloading is early unloading. FYI, their busiest days are Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday, so DONT BE LATE!THANK YOU!!!

Lots of room, 7am apt was empty by 9:30am. Full load. Not bad.

Showed up thirty minutes early for a pickup. First building is for Coca Cola, the second building is where you need to go into (the directions mention it being the first building on the right). It took almost 29 minutes to check-in. Both people at the window kept on the phone and it seemed non-stop. Friendly, but not focused. First, make sure you have your license with you. All pick up and drops numbers start with 045 or i045. Fill up information sheet in the metal basket. Also, fill in information on provided clipboard. Once you have been assigned a dock, head on over to your dock but stay out front of it and wait until someone lets you know its okay to open. A Pallet fee is implemented if youre not loading your own. (My fee was $159.21, just for reference) ...

Checked in at 7:20 was told that they will unload me when I got there, I got there an I was considered a work in, said load was four days late an there was a $50 late fee...Spend 8 hours there someone got paper work wrong, made the gal at check in desk happy though they were out of efs checks so I gave her a small handful...

Was a little late for appointment due to the fact of the schedule time for appointment, but when I pulled in they were all on break. What a joke, the customers you hold cold foods shouldn’t even use this places it is terrible. Appointment was for 1300, it’s is 15 after 5 and still haven’t been unloaded, sounds like your management is terrible. When I see a load that’s coming to this place I will reject it, due to the fact that they do not know how to get you in and out in a timely manner.

Appointment 0900 at front desk 0900. Puts a be back 15 min sticky note on window rught in front of my face. Wait in breakroom until 0925. Works with a local driver then me and u was ahead of him. Then she trys to chsrge me a 75 late fee, ha no way! Have feeling ill be driving out of here without their product.
