V&A Carrier Inc did load with DCLAppointment was not scheduled by broker Haley Mathis . Driver request layover . Agreed on price of $400 with DCL . Receive rate con and sign. When it get to payment V&A got paid $400 short. For past 2 weeks calling emailing no respond back from DCL to resolve this untill yesterday 8/24/21 .Here is what Haley said : If you have rate con for $2600 we wil honer the rate, This is apsurd!!!Talk to Triump DCL bill factor and told that V&A Carrier invoice was fixed showing pay to carrier $2200 not $2600. I would like to get explanation why is DCL Accounts payable not following rate confirmation agreements rate.At this point we have to open Surety bond claim against DCL to get final payment.Maybe there is a good ppl works at DCL but we didnt have a chance to work with good one in DCLThis is our experience review!!!NO WE DONT RECOMMEND DCL as a business partner!!!

Very professional people. Fast unloading and loading.it’s fenced warehouse but you can sleep outsid of the gate not too big space but 2 trucks is enough

Was great at first Started off as a Receiver/forklift driver for the place.Having the lack of forklift drivers you just couldnt do enough to please them.My job duties was this daily. Unload trucks,recieve trucks in means also other trucks like fedex,Ups Etc.replenish product,bring down pallets of cardboard.Also takes broke pallets outside,bring in good pallets,bring in cardboard bales 2x a week.Some Management was just down right rude to you, The employees here was great and friendly and very helpful.I took my job with great compassion Few other things going on to keep to myself.

Quick unloaf

I got Friday pick up with delivery at Monday in Addison IL. Pick up time from 1pm to 3pm. Checked in 11.45am. Load wasnt ready so they got my phone number and put me on waiting at parking lot. At 2.15 they told me load gonna be ready around 4pm. At 5.34pm they call me load is rescheduled to Saturday 11am. MF!!!

Really rude worker here loaded 2 full truck loads into trucks who came after me I was ready to get loaded but they told me to wait all I had was 3 skids going into a van and they were ready standing by the ramp door. I gues he thinks I’m not important if I’m not wearing a uniform because I am my own boss and make 3 times more then any driver. But had to wait more than a full hour to get loaded 3 skids and I was in a big hurry. If I could leave negative stars I would

Very slow cor live loading. No bathroom facilities for drivers. Plenty of other freight in Louisville with similar freight rates.
