I normally love Batteries Plus Blubs. I also never wright reviews, and only doing so under the recommendation of another Batteries Plus store. I went into the Fern Creek Store today and was told by the young man that he did not have time to help me because he had other customers. I had waited behind 3 other men and as i was waiting a fourth man walked in (he was shopping the store while i was at the counter.) Yes my job was a little bigger but when i reminded the young man that he had but in a key fab battery in for the first man he said yes but that only takes me like 5 seconds. What I had was a handicap scooter battery.

Stopped by to get some watch batteries replaced. Couldnt replace the battery in my Invicta watch, but did replace the battery in my work watch. Workers were friendly and knowledgeable.

Little higher on the price but being able to pick it up already charged and ready to use makes up for it

The process was effortless, painless & at a competitive price. Email updates were received. John called to inform that everything was in order & their hours today. My core fee was efficiently credited. John also gave me some tips to help prolong the batterys service life. A good transaction.

This place was great. I bought 2 phone batteries for myself and my wife. For our old LG5s. Thought i was gonna have to replace our phones. Didnt want to because they still work great. And didnt feel like spending a thousand dollars or more. But issues started because of our batteries. Shutting off with full charge. Anyway the attendant replaced our batteries for us. And our phones are back. Every issue we had is gone. And I only paid $90.00 for 2 batteries. Cant beat that. And the extremely knowledgeable attendants name was Zach. If you need for future assistance.

Nice place with more than you might think. Had my phone repaired here as well. Good batteries on the cheap, nice service and greetings as you walk in. Shop here local before you order those batteries on Amazon and you might save a few bucks. Recommend.

Convenience and large selection

I was very disappointed in the way the salesperson treated customers while I was there .Uke (Jordan) was very short with the customer before me . He told the person in front of me that he didnt have time to fix his phone and told him to go somewhere else.I could not get over the way you could tell he did not want to be there. When i got up to the counter i was greeted with the same disrespect as the customer ahead of me .He acted as if he wished i would hurry up and get out of there. Probably will not go back again. Just thought someone should bring this to the table. Thanks, disappointed customer!!!

Most important the manager at the store is always very helpful, and it is my to go place for unusual items.

Now I didnt actually go to this store but my phones screen cracked and I was calling around trying to get estimates. I called this business and I believe the employees name was Mike. He laid it all out for me: estimate turn around time, some extra info Id need to know with a replacement, prices (even discounts that he could give me). What really got to me was he even recommended a competitors store that I could go to. It seems like him (and this business by association) really cares about their customers and just wants to help find a solution for their problems. If I ever need phone repair in the future, they will be the first call!

They have all types of batteries a d can get the ulbs if they dont have them in stock. Reasonable prices and they have programs that can supply your battery needs for quite some time.

Mike, the Batteries Plus Manager replaced my battery on my iPhone within minutes and he provided great service.

Alex helped us at Batteries Plus Bulbs, and he was very friendly and knowledgeable of all the products. We went away feeling that we got quality products at a good price. My husband also was able to get the cracked screen on his iPhone repaired at a price lower than that at the Apple Store. Very satisfied customer!!

Needed my car battery checked. After checking, I was told it needed to be replaced. Zach did a fantastic job of removing covers, fuses, and some type of power device next to the battery. An unbelievable amount of work was needed just to get the old battery out. He was professional in the way he handled this situation and kept his cool. Zach the manager is awesome. He is knowledgeable and super helpful. I needed a new battery for my car. Auto Zone was expensive and they were unwilling to install for me. I went to another location of Batteries Plus and was not impressed with their service. Went to the Fern Creek location and Ill never go anywhere else again. Zach worked to find a battery that would fix my car and installed it.

Brandon and Alex were AWESOME. They went out of their way to get a scooter working for my son. We wasnt sure it was just the battery and they took the time to test it out and make sure it was . Thank you so much for excellent customer service!!!!

Was very impressed with both stores help. I needed 6 golf cart batteries ordered online from the Clarksville store and they only had two he called ahead to Fern Creek store and they had what I needed very good service. I was in and out in 15 minutes they unloaded my old batteries put my new ones on the truck good business

I normally dont like leaving reviews unless its very bad or very good. And this was amazing. I couldnt remember what location I had gotten my phone repaired so I called a few others to help me find the name of my technician and the store location so I could give him credit where it is due. I spoke to a very helpful and courteous woman at the Outerloop location named Jennie that couldnt have been more pleasant. She was friendly and personable. I didnt feel at any point that I was an inconvenience to her and she was happy to help me track down the correct store and the name of the employee that helped me. I had a shattered LCD screen replaced on my cell at the Fern Creek location by a tech named Tim. He did an amazing job on my phone and made it look like new again and it worked perfectly. They honored the price they gave me the night before too so there were no surprises. I ended up being a little early before the adhesive had fully dried so I hang around a bit so I didnt ruin a just fixed phone. Tim was very friendly, professional, and had no issues answering the random questions I came up with to pass time. He also didnt make me feel like an inconvenience and was very polite and engaging. This is the kind of company that turns random customers into loyal clients and I will never look anywhere else for phone repairs. Both Jennie from Outerloop and Tim from Fern Creek were very helpful and made sure I was good to go. If you need a job done right at a reasonable price I suggest taking it to these people. Hands down the best phone tech repair Ive come across and Ill never go anywhere else. Thanks guys for making an already stressful situation a much easier one.

Terrible, I brought working ipad in for screen repair. When done I took it back because the button was broken which it was previously not. In the process of fixing the button they completely broke the interfacing connection. They replaced it with a refurbished ipad that wasnt even the same color and charged me $60 because it was an upgrade to a 64g. When I got it home to set up, I realized it had a scratch under the protective cover that was still on the ipad from the previous user. I returned it and they agreed to replace it with a 32g. When i called back to see if they could replace it with a 64g that I had already paid for the sales associate who answered the phone said Zack, your favorite customer is on the line.....Lovely. They ended up calling to say that it was ready for pick up and I had my husband pick it up because at that point I was uncomfortable dealing with them. They told him they would return my $60 for all my trouble but he didnt have my credit card. Upon setting it up I verified that it was still not my original color and not a 64g that I had paid for. They did credit my card for the $60 when my husband went back up. It has been almost a month since Ive been dealing with them. Definitely not a good experience.

I collect Invicta watches,and most of my watches have LIFETIME WARRANTY on the batteries in them.The staff have been told DO NOT OPEN INVICTA WATCHES.What the hell.

This place is run by super substandard personnel. We took the a fully functioning Kindle to do a simple battery replacement and ended up with a BROKEN KINDLE and NO RESOLUTION. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. It’s a scam.

I am a repeat customer!I went in yesterday to purchase two LED lantern and batteries to be prepared for possible power outages... Alex helped me and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.I recommend BP&B for watch batteries. I get the lifetime batteries, it cost a little more initially; however, the batteries are guaranteed for life so when they die, you take the watch back in and they replace the batteries for free.Second reason:When was the last time you updated your vehicle or home flashlights? I used to use only Maglites; however, the technology has advanced do much since Maglites came out. The flashlights I purchased from BP&Bs are so much brighter and they can be pulled open to exposed an extremely bright strip light.Lastly, never again should you purchase batteries from the grocery store, Target or Wal-Mart again. BP&B will beat their prices every single time (even with a coupon) and especially if you purchase in bulk.
