Overworked and maskless employees. 7 people were signed in with 2 people working. No way to sign in as machine was down. Too many clients also with some maskless to allow them to sit or wait 6 foot apart. Not impressed at all with this location at all.
Decent store, very busy. A lot of customers complaining about wait and line but I noticed most of them are just there to complain about a bill or to pay their bill. I personally don’t pay any bills in person so I don’t know why they’re complaining when they choose to come out and wait . Guy named Greg ( what a coincidence) was awesome some of the other workers could use some training in manners

Just really bad customer service and dont have any compassion for people. I was send here by customer service and and when I arrive the guy send me to Ups, and I try to explain that he said yeah they tell everyone the same thing then I wanted some info on my account and I was told that because I didnt get the service there I would need to call
Spectrum has the most useless customer service. All they do to help with the internet is tell you to do the same thing customers already can do at home. Send a ping and reset it. After they make you go over it again they make an appointment. Also the internet has went out 4 times this month people shouldnt have to pay close to $70 for service that is this bad. Its really only worth $30!
Bundled my internet and cell service. They gave me a better deal than AT&T. Good service.

Manager stay in office while 1 girl had to wait on everybody. Came out of office to tell 5 people just come back tomorrow. Go to a different store if you can . Managers should know how to take equipment returns . 4 customer just trying to drop of equipment. Got there at 7:15 no action til 5 til 8 to tell us come back tomorrow.

The customer service here is always not up to par, they really need to do a better job and saying this because the incidents have occurred more than once more than twice its always like that when I go in there it is only one representative that is awesome!! Feel bad because I have forgotten her name she is an older lady who usually greets the customers when they arrive and direct them to the proper place hate that I cant remember her name right now to give her the recognition that she deserves.

I can not see a $25 raise a month for just basic TV cable and wi-fi. And was told it would raise again next year. I was told my rate was good for a year, then the next it goes up again and the say it is the local channels. I can get local channels for free with antenna

Went in for a new phone upgrade. The service received was amazing. I recommend Spectrum Mobile to anyone who wants an inexpensive way to to get the phone they want with excellent coverage. Only place I have been so far that I did not receive signal was over at the Casino in Indiana.
That is my cable provider. I really do love them. And they have some great news. And the things that they show on there station is really great. I am not A proud person but I am really glad that I have them.

Good for paying a bill and other things but the customer service here is really bad. I pay my things online but the service there is not the way you would treat people that needs your help and your service, they are humans too. Thing about that the next time you wait on someone that does not know how to take care of an spectrum issue and come to the store foe assistance.

Their customer service skills need to be amped up. I was just making a payment. Cause I couldnt thru my phone for some reason. The customer next to me needed much more and was a little upset over his issue(never raised his voice), the employee told him I dont no what to tell you. If you dont like it Im sure I can issue a cancellation for ur service and have it off in seconds and there wont be nothing u can do. Wow really.

2 stars not because this particular location was bad, but because they have 1 location for all of Louisville. Yes Im aware theres an East end location, but nobody in Louisville cares if the east end vanished. None of them care or do anything for the town as a whole, none of them even pretend to notice theres a whole other town aside from maybe downtown. People on the east should be as inconvenienced as possible.

The internet is soo slow even when we have highest speed and we only use 2 devices. There is this weird thing we have two wifi name 2g and 5g where we have to use the 5g when we in our living room with is not far from where we have our installation like one room over. With at&t we only have one wifi name and speed that work faster than this with 5 devices.

Calling corporate office on this place. Sending people out in communities signing older folks up for service not asked for or wanted and told so on 2 different occasions. Guy talks my father into a cell phone by saying when its delivered he would come back and help my father learn to use its. Well what he helped my father learn is he was charged for stuff Not Needed sent a full 3 Apple tvs and modem routers and phone and whole set up. Go to office to talk to someone and return it and got talked to like an embesil. Had to go thru a 2 hr conversation on phone to come a conclusion he might get money back in 30 days of when the merchandise is returned. Wow they need to get their staff together at this location.
Let me tell you, this is the best spectrum store to go to. As soon as you walk in, they have places to charge your phone. We only waited about 5 minutes and were seen by Kenya. The lady next to her was treating her customer like family and Kenya did too! She even told us she would come in on her off day just to make sure we got everything we needed! 10/10 would recommend this store! Extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, and able to help with any problem you have! Thanks Kenya!

Ive had it with overpriced tv. Price gouging. Bad service. Never got a real person on the phone and ended up driving into Louisville to return all their equipment. Terrible service and pricing is predatory.
Horrible company. Overcharge for the service they provide. Up the price over and over. And they can do it because they are the only game in town.
Very crowded & only 4 people working counter. They would disappear at times for at least 15 mins I waited over 1 1/2 hours to get my turn. Once I got to the counter, I was taken good care of by Todd.
I am so grateful for the kindness of the Reps and Manager and the solution finding service I received at the 7th Street Spectrum office. They really made a difference. As a side note, there were many Reps at the counter. I had waited only a short time when a manager came out to check on those of us in line and to see if he could be of service. My wait was 5 or 10 minutes tops. Thank you 7th Street Crew!

I tried to switch my phone service, the first time they tried to connect the phone to their network I had to wait an hour and they still couldn’t figure out how to switch my phone over, then they told me to come back in 4 hours. I arrived 5 hrs later and my phone still wasn’t working, when I tried to cancel the service no one wanted any part of that and just gave me a number to call. Today I switched to Verizon and it took about 30 minutes total to change my phone over, all the agents at the spectrum store are apparently incompetent, don’t get your phone service with them.
I like the customer service better than the other company before. They fixed all my past problems. But now I have some new ones concerning Wi-Fi issues. Overall Id give them 7 of 10
Long wait to talk to someone
IF YOU HAVE A ACCOUNT AND PAY ON-LINE AND YOU CANT LOG IN BECAUSE ON ALL WEB SITE SPECTRUM WONT ALLOW YOU TO, THEY SHOW A BLANK SCREEN. YOU ..... OUT OF LUCK. THEY CLAIM THERE IS NO PROBLEM YET THEY CANT FIX THE PROBLEM. THE LAST ONE ON-LINE CHAT WAS SO INAPT I HAD EXPLAIN TO HIM THE PROBLEM, WELL HE PROCEEDED TO ACT AS IF I WAS DUMB!!!! GIVE ME A NUMBER TO CALL ( AS IF I DONT KNOW ITS THE SAME NUMBER ON MY BILL TO CALL TO PAY). NEEDLES TO SAY I WAS TICKED OF. I CALLED THE NUMBER ON MY BILL SPOKE TO A REALLY NICE LADY SHE SAW WHERE I HAD CALLED THEM ABOUT THE ISSUE. EVEN SHE COULD T GET EXCESS OF THE ACCEPT KEY BUT SHE DID HELP. WELL I ENDED UP GOING INTO PAY. I HAVE WI-FI, INTERNET WITH THEM WAS THINKING ABOUT ADDING HOME PHONE SERVICE, TV BUT NOW NADA . SEEMS LIKE PAYMENTS WILL BE MAILED IN NOW ( ? ). RIGHT NOW CONVETER BOX IS FINE.
