The crew was professional and courteous. They did a fine job. I was especially impressed with how well they performed their task. The only things missed were items they wouldn’t be aware needed attention. I have only accolades for the job they did. I look forward to seeing them again in two (2) weeks! 🤗🤗🤗

Key is the best cleaner Ive ever had with the Cleaning Authority. She makes sure that the tasks listed on the sheet for each clean are actually all done. I have been a customer of the Cleaning Authority for about 5 years now. The company is reliable and moderately priced.

I have used this service three times. The first time for a deep cleaning. And second and third time for standard cleaning. Two of the three times I have had complaints about the job not being fully complete. Today came home to a semi-clean home, bed was not made, sliding door window was not cleaned, tables were not wiped down, and the trashy as not been taken out, even after I sent a note about the trash needing to be wiped down inside and out. Asking for a refund for todays service and will no longer be using this company.

Thorough. Walk in and go straight to work. No chatting among theirselves. I work from home and see their level of professionalism every time they clean. Always prompt and polite. Great with my 2 dogs and cat as well.
