The ladies that came did a great job on my house. My brother and his roommate were incredibly impressed. There was one issue but when I brought it to the companies attention they corrected it immediately and made it right. I would recommend busy brooms because of their desire to make their customers happy.

We are very pleased in general with the cleaning at our home Busy Brooms has been providing us for the past year. All of their workers are very good but one of their employees Gail Baize is truly outstanding. On a scale of 1-10 she is an 11. She is always pleasant, very through, and doesnt mind suggestions. We have had other cleaning services in Louisville but we are very pleased with Busy Brooms.

Today was our first visit from the staff getting our deep clean visit. I was raised in a janitorial business and i know firsthand how hard the work is, and what to expect. Let me tell you that my fiance and i were astonished at the results when we came home today. They did an amazing job. We couldnt be happier with the results. We had a handful of companies to choose from and we are confident that we made the right decision with the great staff at busy brooms. Ive been thinking of hiring someone to clean my house for a solid year but the idea of strangers in my home has always been a deterrent. They came in a three person team and cleaned my house for about an hour and a half? And the total was $120..which I find super reasonable. Exceeded my expectations! (And they were all very friendly) will 100% be a returning customer!! My house is the cleanest its been since I moved in!

I guess we got what we paid for. Basically wiped down but didn’t move anything to sweep around. Still had lots of dirt and dust left behind. We could have done a better job ourselves. Won’t use again.

Surprised by the 5 star reviews for this service. Our experience was poor. Staff was not friendly was in a hurry to leave and go home for the day. Many services listed on their website were not even performed. Cleaning performed was merely wiping. This was a waste of time and money. Would not refer this company.

The ladles that come to my house are polite very hard working and trustworthy. I use them weekly and will continue to for all my years as a bachelor.

Debbie at Busy Brooms is always a pleasure to speak with and they offer so many affordable cleaning options. I highly recommend them as they will treat you right whether its residential or commercial cleaning!
