Ive been using Molly Maids for several years. I have never been disappointed in their performance. They pay close attention to detail when cleaning and complete their work in a timely fashion. They communicate any changes in schedules and readily accommodate my scheduling.

I now, have a dirtier house than before they came in. The 1 star is for the employee that came and was nice, Audrey, otherwise the whole experience was a disaster. Scheduling issues, no shoe covers, attitude from the other employee. They came in, walked with their shoes all over my house and then said they cant clean it. If they couldnt, they should have told that when they were giving an estimate. The attached pic is their reaaon for not cleaning the tub.

Scheduled Molly Maid a week in advance (for first visit). They called to cancel the morning they were scheduled to clean. No reason given. No apology given. Based on their customer support alone, I would not recommend. Will not be calling them in the future. Like ever. NOTE: I only rated them 1 star because Google wont let you post a 0 star rating.

My experience with Molly Maid has been nothing less than wonderful. Initially, I had only intended on having my home cleaned one time. Now that ‘one time’ has turned in to once-a-week service. The girls that clean my home are very friendly, respectful and trustworthy. They have a copy of my house key and they just let themselves in to clean while I am at work. They always show up on time and they do an AMAZING job! The owner, Peter, and his office staff are very friendly and helpful as well. They always return my phone calls promptly. Also, any time that I have had to adjust or reschedule my appointments, they go above and beyond to schedule a time that works best for me. Peter (the owner) has always made himself available if I need to speak to him (SUPER NICE GUY!). It is such a great feeling to come home to a clean house every Thursday and I wanted to do this review online in an effort to encourage anybody that is considering using a cleaning service to give them a call. My sister and my mother-in-law are on-going customers of Molly Maid now as well.

Got a confirmation email for my appointment and everything. Call the morning of and actually they hadnt worked me into the schedule yet. I explained I had gotten a sitter for my 3 kids and done alot of prep work on my house to get ready for them. Said theyd be there at 11. 12:30 rolls around and hadnt heard from them, call and actually they really cant make it, would I like to reschedule? Hm, nope.

I went for the big name and believed the online estimate, figuring I didnt know anyone else and at least they would be professional since I wouldnt be there in person. My advice is, do not hire them if you will not be personally supervising the work and providing them a written list of what you want done. Give them that written list in advance when getting the estimate (We can only give an estimate until we see the home.--Except I didnt just fall off the turnip truck.) Only as a result of my tenacity in discussing this with the franchisee (who was quick to tell me he is a former healthcare CEO), I got a $100 refund on a $700+ job that wasnt even close to being finished. My home was empty and only 2500 square feet. With 2 conscientious professionals, in my experience, they should have been able to complete a full deep clean, including kitchen cabinets and drawers, in 8-10 work hours (2 people at 4-5 hours). This is especially with absolutely no furniture, pets, or humans present, save for the time when carpet installers were there and the crew was supposed to be doing kitchen and baths during that time, which would not have overlapped. Instead, 7 hours later I was still paying at a rate of $125 an hour for 2 people who looked like they just wiped the walls of the bathroom with clear water, then left water rings on the stove top. My adult daughter took photos to demonstrate what was not being done, then the owner of the franchise stated my daughter told them not to clean inside the drawers. Joke was on him, because I was on the phone listening to her ask when they would clean inside the drawers and they said they couldnt clean any drawer with something in it--that was 2 of them. My realtor followed behind by taking additional photos demonstrating many items that were not even touched in that 7 hours. So, $700+ later, I hired a local lady who had it spotless in less than a full day all by herself and was incensed at how little had been done by the professionals. Save yourself the dough, ask friends and neighbors for references, and hire an independent person who takes pride in their work. Thats what my mom always did and she was right! (They will rebut this by claiming my house was filthy which my realtor and respectable cleaning lady can tell them is a lie.)

I used their services and I was so impressed with the quality and thoroughness of their work. The ladies were extremely polite and helpful and they went above and beyond in helping me. I will highly recommend their services to everybody I know.

Molly Maid is fast, efficient and extremely consistent with a great cleaning.A great value for the price, too.

Unfortunately I will never use this company. Due to the fact of rude employees. They came to my job ordered food and treated everyone with no respect whatsoever. Was rude to me. Told me “you were supposed to be making our drinks” (I work drive thru) and acted like I was obligated to when I was off the clock. Still made their drinks in a timely mannereven though I could get into trouble for being in the kitchen off the clock. And then proceeded to indirectly threaten me as I walk past. Now last time I checked you give respect you get respect. And you definitely do not disrespect people who are offering a service toyou.

Do not use these guys ... If you use it you have to regret like I did. Total waste of money. Zero value. I hired them for deep clean with an expectation to move-in to a clean new house. But, I found the greasy kitchen stove vent, dusty refrigerator top, dusty light bulb holders, stained bathroom floor, uncleaned spider webs in the basement ... list goes on and on. Bottom line, just do not use them.

We moved to a new house whose previous owners left it VERY dirty in most areas of the house - especially the bathrooms and kitchen. Molly Maid came and worked for several hours and got things looking 100% better.

Our experience will Molly Maid started out fairly well. When calling to schedule a cleaning time, the staff was professional and responded to our inquiry quickly.We paid for and scheduled a time for a Move-out Cleaning on our soon-to-be-listed home. The service promised an in-depth cleaning of appliances, bathrooms, countertops and baseboards, among other things.Unfortunately, the quality of cleaning was lack luster to say the least! Appliances were given a quick wipe down, leaving the stainless steel smudgy and uh, stained. The freezer and all cabinets were missed entirely. The bathrooms, in similar fashion to the appliances, were given a quick once-over. There were lots of places the cleaning crew missed. Im unsure if the countertops were wiped down at all.However, I wasnt too upset about the quality of the cleaning. Mistakes happen. Perhaps the cleaning crew had performed the wrong service? The amount we were billed for was actually less than what was originally quoted.So I called the number provided by Molly Maid for customer service. No answer. No big deal. I call back and leave a message. However, no one returns my call.I call back several times over the next week to speak with someone that could clear up the issue, but to no avail. It appears that the professionalism and responsiveness we experienced while scheduling the cleaning lasts until your credit card is billed.My grievance with Molly Maid wasnt the subpar service, but rather the inability or outright refusal of management to address our concern.We ended up having to take time out of our already busy schedule to clean the house ourselves.If you want to pay $180 for a few people to give your home a quick wipe down in an hour and a half, call me instead!

I hired them to do a deep clean before moving in including cabinets and drawers in the kitchen along with oven and fridge. All that was done is they cleared the dust on top of door frames I pointed out the day of and left. Not trustworthy and horrible service.

I have had very good experiences with Molly Maid. They come on time and clean nicely. I would recommend them highly. They did a deep clean for us, and the place is sparking.

A new team showed up at my house last week. They did a very nice job! it just keeps getting better. Kudos to Diane and Pete for staying on top of things and being flexible in schedule and providing continuing education.

We are so appreciative of Molly Maids! They are very thorough and trustworthy! They take special care in our home, as we have indoor pets that they are careful to acknowledge. We even have a prayer room that they take special care with, as certain items can not be touched. We have left expensive items out and they are never misplaced or stolen. It means ALOT being able to trust someone with the care of your home and your personal belongings. We totally trust Molly Maids. If ever something is overlooked, the ladies will always come back to take care of it. We thank you and may God continue to bless your company,...you guys definitely mean the world to us!

Dez and her team always do an awesome job. We had to reschedule a number of times one month, but everything went off without a glitch. I’m probably their most high maintenance customer since we have them do a bunch of extra little things, often requiring extra emails and phone calls. Worth every penny. Totally recommend Molly Maids of East Louisville and Dez’s team!

Everything was done as promised. Place was cleaned top to bottom and I couldnt find anything wrong. Everything was put back in its place. What more could I have asked for? Great job by the team that came to my place.

The Molly Maids were very fast getting the work done. When they left we notice that they didnt finish in the bathroom. They left the bathtub undone and in the living room there were spider webs left untouched under a table. They are very pleasant ladies, but sometimes do finish quickly and leave some parts of rooms undone.

Molly Maid does a professional job and is great to work with. As a senior widow it is critical to have a service that you can trust, is reliable and can be flexible. Molly Maid has been excellent in all areas.

Terrible company! No one is ever in the office to answer calls. The owners are rude and often lie to cutomers concerning rescheduling etc. Do not waste your time or money on this cleaning service!

Efficient and clean

The two ladies showed up on time and did a fantastic job cleaning my house. they also got to enjoy the 2 cute kittens that live with me.

The two person crew spent just short of two hours cleaning the living room, dining/kitchen area, hallway and bathroom yesterday . I called the lead persons attention to the cobwebs on the light fixture above the dining table and the streaks and shoe prints on the hardware floors. She suggested I purchase a particular product to use on the floors and told me she would be sure to dust all the light fixtures, next time . Not that theres going to be a next time with this company, I would also ask them to dust all the furniture, not just a few pieces . Very disappointed .
