My gutters hadnt been cleaned in years, and I was embarrassed to even call a cleaner. Gutter Junkies handled a dirty job quickly and without complaint at a reasonable price, especially considering the height and slope of my roof. I give Gutter Junkies an A+.

So, I just got off the phone with some lady from this company. She stated they werent doing any repairs to gutters and she said they didnt do anything with gutter guard. I told her that I wasnt looking for either and asked if shed listened to my voicemail. I asked this because I wanted to assure her I wasnt looking for a repair.I just needed the gutter cleaned because the gutter guard blew out. She then says to me, Were not going to do it, I dont like the way you spoke to me. Sheeshhh... If you didnt want to do the work, why call me back??!! Rude and unpleasant.

Editing my previous review (see below). After posting my negative review based on the problems detailed below, I was contacted by the business owner. He apologized for the poor follow up after the initial gutter installation and explained that due to rapid expansion of the business and some associated staffing and communication issues (which were being addressed and resolved), the problems I had repeatedly called about had fallen through the cracks. He offered to come and personally evaluate the problem, which he did the following morning. He listened carefully to my concerns, inspected the trouble spots, identified the installation issue (related to drip edge/gutter guard/gutter interface) then scheduled and completed repairs the following Monday. He assured me that if any other problems occur the gutters are guaranteed for 10 years. I am upgrading my previous review from one to four stars. I would recommend Gutter Junkies and would hire them again if needed.Details of issues leading to one star review (now resolved):Hired Gutter Junkies to replace gutters on 1920s bungalow. Old gutters were in bad shape, old fascia board was completely rotted. Before new gutters were installed I had 1x6 cedar fascia board, which was primed and painted on both sides installed. 6 gutters and downspouts were installed and looked great, but first time it rained there were huge torrents of water pouring behind the gutters in 3 different places.I had expressed my concern to the installers that the house did not have enough downspouts to handle the flow of water and encouraged them to add additional downspouts. The expense of more downspouts was well worth it to avoid water damage to the eave soffits. They insisted that I did not need more downspouts. Well, every time it rains the gutters overflow (right where water backs up near the downspouts) and water pours out behind the gutters. During heavy rains I can see water leaking between the bead board soffit facing where it has seeped back behind the soffit.I have been calling for over a year requesting that someone figure out a solution for this issue. Finally left a message today that I will seek someone with actual gutter installation and repair expertise to take care of the problem. Dont waste your money buying gutters from Gutter Junkies aka Vensel Contracting.
