Contacted Jamie in office to explain we had a house fire that was a total loss 9 months ago and we had just moved home and had gotten contents back that were mostly all destroyed with soot and ash. We also had kitchen cabinets and a little more construction debris to get rid of. She told me what size dumpster I would most likely need so I gave her our debit card info. Upon arrival I was told dumpster couldnt go in our 5 month old driveway as it may scratch or crack. Said other side of driveway would stick out too far. Then he said he couldnt do yard on either side because it was too muddy. When I called to ask why I wasnt told of any of these potential problems when I did the rental the man on the phone said he didnt have to listen to me and hung up on me. I am a disabled person who lost nearly everything in the last year from our fire. The first contractor we dealt with was so dishonest we had to hire a lawyer. All we wanted was to finally be rid of the mess they left us. I didnt raise my voice or use any swear words. When a person contacts a company for a service there is some expectation that they know more about that service than the customer and we rely on that expertise. All I got was hung up on.

Id never recommend this company. If I could give 0 stars I would. Their customer service is a joke. You can have a job scheduled with them and they wont show up and they dont even bother to call. They will lie to you and say they called, but never did. They have been no shows on a few of our big commercial jobs and even small jobs, but we gave them chance after chance. Then Adam the owner had the audacity to laugh at me when I called him out and then continued to laugh after I asked him why he was laughing.Adam (he said he was the owner when I asked for his boss) was the most unprofessional individual I have ever had to deal with. What owner in their right mind would treat one of their customers like that? Ill tell you what kind, the kind that will never care about the way they treat others so be warned future customers. Also, Adam refused to give me his last name too so what is he hiding from? Then he went and pulled the other dumpsters that we had on job sites without any notice. All of this after I confronted them on their mistake.You have finally lost our business but like Adam told me.....who cares. Adam, if you are the real owner, please do your future customers a favor and take some classes is etiquette. You can show Daniel what that is too when you get some.

Great place to get rid of concrete and asphalt. It can be hard to figure out what to do with broken up concrete from renovations. Simple, pull up and unload. $20 per pickup of concrete and $30 per pickup of asphalt. Glad I found these guys.

I ordered a dumpster to be delivered between 10:00 and 12:00. We get there at 10:00 and at 12:00 still no dumpster. I call them and the lady says its on its way. They will LIE and tell you what you want to hear. I called 3 times only to hear its on the way every time. The driver finally shows up at 2:45. I have lost $300 in wages for my employees sitting and waiting for dumpster to go to work. Not to mention coming back a half day to finish job. I should of read the reviews and I wouldnt of even called them. Theres a reason companies get 1 star reviews. Make sure you read the reviews. The customer service is a joke. I will NEVER call them again! ICA you have lost my business for good. You dont even deserve 1 star.

They consistently lie we will schedule a dumpster with them a week before and the day comes they don’t show we call and ask for a time frame they will say for example 12-2 then never come I checked back on a job site the next morning a day late and it still wasn’t there ... they said they were running behind they do this all the time

Inexpensive way to get rid of concrete. Ended up buying the gravel I needed while I was there. Just experienced recycling full circle. Associates were very nice.

My neighbor contracted a dumpster from this company and when they picked up the dumpster all trash and other debris that wasnt supposed to be in the container was thrown out on the ground in a residential area. Sorry business practices!! I would never hire this company!!

Drivers drive at barely the speed limit in the left lane on I-64 dropping rocks and dirt. Not the type of company I would want to do business with.

Shame on me for using them again after all there screw ups. There late to every drop off, if they even show up. Its obvious they have poor management and lack of follow through. There customer service is the weakest link in there whole company, it does not exist.

Dropped off 3 loads of a broken up concrete slab. They charge $20 per load no matter the size or weight So 10 tons or 2 tons is same cost.. Wish they had a discount program for small trucks since they cant carry as much tonnage as big truck.
