Love renting from Champion Sales and lease they have great rates and low prices. Everyone that works there treats you like family and helps you get the things you need or want for a good price. My family needed an air conditioner and they didnt have any in stock and the Manager Greg went out of his way to hunt down one for me and my family. I wouldnt rent from anywhere else they are the best

Very friendly staff. Neat, clean and professional with all they do. Great rates and amazing stuff in stock. Never had an issue and was able to get me what I was looking for. Even though it wasn’t in stock it was quickly ordered and delivered to me in a timely manner. Definitely going back to get more!!!!

Where do I start this place is the best I don’t have anything bad to say I have been with them for over four years all my TVs, washer and dryer everything in my house has come from this place there have been times that I don’t have a dime for over a month to pay my bill and they work with me I will ONLY rent to own from them and if they did have it they will get it in for you

Stopped in champions with my cousin shopping for a living room group, after going from rental place to rental place and being unsuccessful in finding a nice quality set at an affordable price, we filled out an online application and someone called her in 30mins or less with plenty of options at her budget level… she walked out same day with a full living room group and lamps to match. The staff was amazing and friendly very knowledgeable about all the furniture, appliances, and electronics on the floor. They offered us something to drink and the PLAYLIST the store played was so upbeat and welcoming. Her furniture was delivered the next day with no hassle. Everything was set up quick and ready for use in less than 30mins. I will be spreading the word around for people to go rent there.. 🗣RENT A CENTER could NEVVVVVVEEERRRTHANK you all for the great hospitality, and keeping us laughing while the paperwork was being drawn up! They dont fix the problem my refrigerator it not keeping cold the g e came to my house to fix the problem its still the same I told them about that I need another one he told me no. Im still paying on it .they are the worse the Manger thinks you didnt tell the problem. You did he get you front his coworkers then he said say no you didnt an try make you alie.

Came in on a Monday was promised my stuff to be delivered the next day, when I called they said my stuff was being verified as we speak. Called back 4hours later and staff said hes the only one that verifies info and said he never seen and cant find my file, then they were avoiding my calls had to call from a different phone then said two of my references were wrong numbers so they decided not to do business with me 3 days later and didnt keep in contact what so ever. Basically if your a persistent person that wants your stuff then dont want to deal with you. By all means I still never got rude. I was told not to go but I gave them the benefit if the doubt. Never again.

Did not have any issues paid off a computer and they came got it to fixed it and then brought it back to me, no charge.Working on a 55 inch TV it went out they replaced with another one, no issues.

Do not be a reference for anyone with this company! They will call you and harass you like you were the person who had dealings with them. You can not continue to harass people that do not have accounts with you.

Avoid this place. I was put as a reference for someone dealing with them. I tried to help champion resolve the issue after both parties failed to work something out. Now champion keeps harassing me after I told them to stop calling me. I have over 15 calls blocked calls from them, they call me multiple times a week. Theres a difference between be ok with a call and be harassed to help yall handle business. Multiple times I have asked to stopped being called, yall are more than aware that the calls are unwanted, but yet Im still being called. Right after you comment Im still being called as of MAY 23. I didnt purchase anything from here, why am I being contacted on the daily basis like I did.

After setting up and appointment to have Champion deliver two TVs for an event, the day of the event, Champion was a no call no show after several calls/ texts and speaking to them the day before.Im so glad we didnt spend any money with them!! The staff seemed nice but nice doesnt get the job done. We wont be using them in the future.

This is the worst place to purchase furniture from.. The sales manager Jason cursed at me and they constantly harass me for being late even though they get paid every month.. I believe that them dealing with women needs to be examined throughly.. I can not wait until my couch is paid off.. I will not recommend this business to anyone.. no integrity makes the business as a whole look bad. No accountability for there actions so I say go elsewhere or save your money until you can buy straight out

Cool place to get stuff

So i only had my items for two weeks i did the monthly option so i paid what i could the first payment they ask for .in order to have it delivered so then i got the wrong type of smart TV. And they never called my phone to say hey your payment is due on the 8th they waited until today to call me and say well you was late on the payment so we need the item back. I said how is that when no one called my phone to say anything about when i was to pay the rest to get me to the day i get my pay check. So then they tried to say i wanted weekly and i had to remind them that no im doing monthly not weekly i did not say that. Well they will send u to court over there stuff if u do not get it bck to them when they want it. I told them im very sick and have been in the hospital so when i get home i will call them to come get it. They would not accept my payment which was supposedly 6 days late . do not go here trust me they are nasty and does not work with their customers.

Account manager doesn’t know how to read addresses and wants to accuse customers of theft when they are hospitalized with pneumonia and just a couple days late. We spent thousands with them and regret every penny. Customer service skills are highly lacking.

One of their drivers was delivering to an apartment complex instead of parking to one side of the drive they park in the middle of the drive to where no other tenants could get in or out. I called the company they said they would call the driver and have him move. The driver comes out i ask him to move he puts his lift gate down and tells me to wait. While he was laughing.

I can now say that Jason has rectified my problem that I was having it took time but I believe the problem was non communication. Thanks for fixing my problem!!!
