He accused us of stilling one of his tables

I reserved 50 chairs and 6 long tables from this company for a surprise 21st birthday party for my younger brother. Turned out the guest list grew larger than I had planned on and I also needed a tent as well as additional tables and chairs. Although I was only able to give 5 days notice for the additional items, Allens was able to provide them without a problem. The tent was like new and the tables and chairs were very clean. I would rent from them again. Prices were competitive, service excellent.

I would definitely recommend this place for any event occasion. You won’t find better prices anywhere else and the customer service was outstanding!

Had a great expierence with Allens Tent & Party Rental. Phillip the owner was excellent to work with and is very friendly. I was impressed with how nice the condition of the tent, table & chairs were in. I will definitely be referring him to family/friends and will use his services again in the future.

EXTREMELY RUDE I HAVE NO IDEA HOW HE STAYS IN BUSINESS

We had a last minute need and Phillip gave us above and beyond customer service. He was very understanding and was able to accommodate for us right away. It was a very smooth transaction, everything was clean, properly functioning and ready to go.

Phillip came to the rescue when another Jtown rental place let us down. The day before my daughters graduation party, we were left with no tables and chairs, but Phillip graciously accommodated us and the next morning we had everything we needed. It was even a busy holiday weekend! I would definitely recommend his services.

Allen was incredibly rude. Told us we couldn’t use a trailer to pick them up because he lived in a residential area... pretty sure we all live in residential areas. The day we had to return our tables and the day before, it had rained so the tables and chairs got a little debris or dirt stains on them. He was so, so rude when he called to tell us we would have to come clean them with a water hose (as it is raining outside) or he would charge us a “couple hundred dollars”. Absolutely not going back!
