A month and mystuff still has not showed up

***BEWARE*** If I could GIVE zero stars I would! Absolutely HORRIBLE logistics company. It took over a week to get a shipment from Ohio to KY. I have been shipping loads out of OH and to KY for over a year with a 1 day transit time and have never had an issue. Using this company for freight has costed me THOUSANDS in lost sales! I booked 3 loads in the same week 1 from OH to KY and 2 from FL to KY; all 3 loads took more than a week to deliver due to the laziness and disorganization of this company. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR SHIPPING! I HAVE BEEN WAITING ON A SMOKER TO COME FROM PIT BOSS, THEY MAILED IT OUT AND I WAS CONTACTED ON THE 16TH BY A WOMAN NAME DEBBIE WE SET UP A DELIVERY TIME ON THE 17TH WELL THE 17TH CAME AND THEY SAID THE TRUCK WAS IN ST. LOUIS AND WOULDNT BE HERE UNTIL MONDAY SO I CALLED MONDAY AND THE GUY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE FRIDAY BEFORE IT WAS DELIVERED IT WAS STUCK IN ST. LOUIS SO I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER AND HE TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD NO DRIVERS THAT THEY COULDNT GET THEM TO COME IN AND WORK LOL SO I CALLED THE LOUISVILLE OFFICE AGAIN AND THEY TOLD ME THIS FRIDAY WHICH IS TOMORROW. I JUST RECEIVED AN EMAIL NOW SAYING IT MIGHT BE THE END OF AUG. BEFORE I GET IT. SO I CALLED TODAY AND SPOKE WITH DEBBIE, SHE DOESNT CARE ITS NOT HER PROBLEM SHES GOING TO PUT IN TO BE MAILED BACK TO PIT BOSS. I AM SO MAD! THEY ACT LIKE ITS NO BIG DEAL AND THEY DO NOT CARE. NOBODY OFFERED TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON OR WHEN. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

Horrible company with horrible communication. Everything that comes out of their mouth is a lie on their story changes every 2 to 3 hours. The employees and managers know nothing about logistics for how to relay messages. Theyre tracking system software does not work

Very nice lady I talked to on the phone. They didnt have fax service to send Thats what I needed. They only have incoming fax.
