I had an appointment scheduled weeks in advance and drove across town to the place where we were to meet, but I was told Ralph will not be coming to the meeting. I called Ralph and he blames some office that sets his appointments for not informing him of his schedule. He needs to realize he is responsible for his checking with the office pertaining to his schedule. Also keep in mind all reviews are from him and his staff. Take it from a true client this guy dont care for his clients. If he did he wouldnt be blaming others for his actions. Save yourself time and call a real professional.Update 11/29/2017: I got a call from Dave Harmon, he is the head of the main practice (Dave Harmon & Associates), instead of apologizing for not showing up he blames me by giving them a bad review. Dave said he doesnt think it is best for them to continue service because of the review. He did say he would of worked something out if I didnt place the review. He didnt apologize for Ralph not showing up, but did say it was his staff who dropping the ball not Ralph. This guy really needs to reflect and pray on how this was handled, and his reponse. All in all I stand by my review and hopes it helps other when choosing a trusted councelor.
