They are literally NEVER open. They don’t answer the phone. The lady goes on break for like 3hours. SO UNPROFESSIONAL

Not a good staffing company. I signed up for a job through them 2 1/2 years ago and was never placed on site. They claimed that the company I was assigned at would call us each day to let us know if they needed us but I was never contacted. Fast forward to this year and I was hired by a different staffing company to do the same job but come to find out anybody on roster can show up and work. Basically the people in the office had no idea how the system even worked. Had I gone through the more efficient staffing service the first time I could have already been doing a convenient job I really enjoy. Stay away from Advantage as there is no true advantage of working with them.

I filled out an app pass drug screen filled out paperwork pass background got a call saying I got the job but couldnt give me a call for my start job this company is no good should me put out off business there fake
