What a great company with such a huge investment in Louisville. This relationship is very beneficial to and for Louisville. In addition, it provides many, many jobs to our community which cannot be overstated.

Ive been working for UPS for a few years now at the Truckload division its great company to work with everyone here is super friendly your treated like a human being not a number. Managers are extremely good at helping drivers with anything work and personal. Time off is excellent especially if you need it for personal stuff. Great benefits, bonuses and reward programs. All this without being in browns union speaks to the overall diversity of the company. Their is something for everyone if choosing UPS.

Do whatever you can to never come here. Dust and jet fumes is all they offer.... Oh, and back pain.

Theyre pretty slow in getting you loaded and unloaded they do what they do first and everything that has to do with you is second in the priority list and trust me they work off a priority list

My job

I worked in the UBREAK account 2220 Outer Loop Building 3. Which was undeserving of my hard work and time. Aaron Gleen, Aida, Danielle, Melissa, Markendy, Rick, Nick, Cristina are all bullies and they will plot to get you fired, mistreat you, and put you down. This is the worst account to work for. They have showed on numerous occasions that they care nothing about the temp employees. They use and verbally abuse you until you are at the end of your wits.

Did not like going out of my way to get a package my daughter paid to have delivered to my door. A repeat delivery would have cost me $5. The pickup kiosk wasnt close to my house & I wonder why EISENSTEIN thought it was. UPS should tell customers about the extra fee if they have to make a second trip. A ripoff for sure.

You lost my package here. You want to blame the authorized retail location that sent it. It was in your hands for 4 days and then you lost it. How can you blame the retail place for your incompetence???

The only ups I dont like I have been sitting for 45 minutes for them to move a trailer so I can drop my trailer and go park for the night
