Twice, the delivery person to my place of employment has profusely cursed myself and another female. The first time I called and reported this to management but apparently the ramifications were not enough to prevent a second occurrence. Im left to assume the company is not concerned about how their drivers are representing the business. If this is not acceptable to you, I would recommend using a different courier service.
