He broke roofing tiles on our roof while doing repair and lied about it. He tried to fix roofing tiles with silicone and did not tell me. When confronted about what was on roof, he lied. I will never use him again. Extremely disappointed..

I highly recommend this business. When I inquired about having my gas fireplace serviced other businesses could not get me in until three weeks out. Tom was able to get me in the next day and was very thorough and efficient. He got my fireplace working and gave me valuable input about the maintenance and upkeep of my gas fireplace. I was so thankful for his expedient work on getting my fireplace ready to be used. I would definitely recommend this business for all your fireplace needs. Tom was professional and informative and did me a huge favor by fitting me in his schedule so quickly!

I had work done during the covid-19 outbreak, and they refused to wear masks even after I told them to wear a mask. When I called them to come by to clean the chimney and seal it they said they would come Thursday afternoon, but didnt come until Friday afternoon. They didnt call saying they werent coming, or that they were on their way Friday. They just walked around my house without even coming to my door saying they were there. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Chimney Master did a awesome job and was much more affordable than others that were offering the same service. I would highly recommend them.

Chimney Master is excellent. Scheduled me very quickly and were affordable. they gave me the services I needed and discouraged services I did not need (like space shuttle heat tiles for inside my chimney). They timely performed an excellent birdnest removing cleaning, re-set the mortar crown with a durable water resistant synthetic mortar crown and put a chimney cap to stop rain and birds from entering my chimney. Birds had turned my chimney into a high rise condo and rain and moisture would come down the chimney. I loved the fires but hated the smell of bird poop ashes and the sound of screeching birds. All problems affordably and politely solved.
