Maxcare cleaned my air ducts and the experience was amazing! Steve and Alan showed up on time which is very rare as most companies make you wait all day for them to show up. They got straight to work and were completely done in 3 hours. Alan hand washed all of my vent covers and any mess they made, they cleaned up such as vacuuming the floor. Both Alan and Steve wore masks the entire time they were in the house which was very important to me. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I highly recommend Maxcare!

I think it’s a great company but the guy that came to my house to clean the ductwork was sort of rude and obnoxious. I was shocked by extra vents charge went from 300.00 to 600.00 for only 4 more vents. My wife wanted it done so negotiated 500.00. Still way more than I wanted !And he replaced my color matched screws with big ugly silver hex head bolts ! I have white vents 😠.

Very prompt, speedy, and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone.

We love Max Care. They clean the carpets at our home and office on a pretty regular basis. Mike usually comes and is always friendly and does a great job, including taking care of some bad stains. Everything always looks great when they leave. Highly recommend!

I have had carpet cleaned in my house, as well as two rugs dropped off to their location for a deep cleaning. Everyone I’ve talked to is very kind, the pricing seems fair, and my floors are so much cleaner than when I try to do it with my carpet cleaning machine. The technician that came to my home was named Mike, and he could not be any kinder. When I’ve gone to pick up rugs they help me load them in my car & I’m in and out in no time at all.

MaxCare came out to Clean our Air Ducts, we turned on air conditioning week later out came dirt from each vent. We vacuumed then I put cheese cloth in each vent so we could have Air conditioning without dirt.MaxCare corrected situational​ Tony & Shaw to clean & protect or carpets. Quality company, MaxCare.

It was a pleasure working with MaxCare, the price they quoted was the price they charged. No trouble like i had with Stanley Steemer. You know they have still not called me back! USE MAXCARE! GREAT PEOPLE GREAT COMPANY!

I am so pleased with Maxcare! I had same day service, they did a great job and the technicians were extremely nice! I dont normally write reviews but I was compelled to do it with the service I received just recently. I would highly recommend Maxcare and their carpet cleaning services.

Service was horrible! $140 dollars and the inside of my couch was still dirty! I will never use them again!

Have used this company in the past. Thought they did a decent job. However, was robbed by one of their employees. Very careful now who I let in my home.

One of their vans nearly hit me a few moments ago while I was in the crosswalk at Eastern and Arthur while in the process of running a stop sign. I was unable to identify the specific vehicle while jumping out of the way, just that it was from this company. Pick a company who isnt going to kill someone while driving to your place.

The person who cleaned our carpet did a really good job. He cleaned 3 bedrooms, dining room, and living room at an affordable price.

I personally utilize their service and have recommended them to my clients to which they have always taken great care with. No complaints so far.

Didnt want to give this company one star..I have never been so disappointed by any other carpet cleaner company in my life! I was so ashamed having their van parked im my driveway!! I was over charged to start with.. I was giving a $99 quote over the phone, ended being charged over $100 more. Told me it would of been cheaper if I paid with cash????? What makes a difference on what I use to pay for my services is what I would of been charged?? Told me if I pay with cash it would of been 130 vs using my debit card, it was 220-- I dont understand!!!! I will never use this company again!!! Stanley steamer is a little more higher in price but they do a much better job and they dont charge extra if I use my debit card!

Definitely would not recommend...just finished a remodel on our new home and needed new carpet refreshed after contractors traffic...only one stain to speak of on the carpet and it was still there after MaxCare cleaned. Technicians did not move furniture and just cleaned around it. When I asked them if they cleaned under the furniture, they replied yes, but I did not see how considering the carpet was not damp as it was everywhere else and there was still small particles of crumbs that would have been picked up if they had cleaned underneath. It took two days for the carpet to dry and it now smells sour. The special they offered was 3 rooms for $99 but they charged $158 for a large room, equivalent to probably two rooms plus one small room. We have called a new service in to re-clean and are happy with the job they did. We were charged for 3 rooms and the new service was also able to remove the spot from the carpet. I would not utilize or recommend MaxCare service to anyone in the future.
