We ♥️ Todd’s Place Express!! We hosted our three-year-old’s socially distanced birthday party here and Todd, Mike, and the whole crew could not have been more accommodating and wonderful. We had a blast and our little guy and all of his friends had so much fun! Everything is clean, smooth and so friendly. Thank you again!

I had a good experience with this place. Have been there twice, good price range from basic to lava, also sell cards for multiple washes at a decent price. Quality of wash was above average, vacuums are free and have good suction, floor mat cleaner. They do not wash or vacuum your Auto. This is pay for your wash drive thru and vacuum yourself. Place was clean, employees were friendly. This place can get rather busy.

Like the wash and helpfulness, but the free vaccum should have an on/off switch in case something gets jammed. Tried to vaccum spilled kitty litter and it basically tried to suck everything else.Couldnt get it done.

Absolutely the best car wash in Louisville Kentucky! This is one of the most cleanest car washes I’ve ever been to. Well run. Courteous employees. Competitive pricing. That’s why I drive all the way from Crescent Hill to use this facility! Todd’s doesn’t please me, BUT THEY DELIGHT ME! Absolutely the best!

The Carwash bay smelled like sewage, and it was not clean at all and very unprofessional. Dont go there unless you want your car to smell like you drove through the sewer pipes.

The owner isnt professional when I talked to him on the phone had an additude and was very rude wont ever be going back here.

Need to service their vacuums; suction was very low on 1 and the other had no suction. I did find 1 that worked perfectly though.

Pretty good wash and better than average vacuums. I would give it 5 stars if the vacuums were better maintained between patrons. I had to de clog my vacuum the last couple of times Ive been there. The wash sometimes leaves a little soap post rinse.

We have the monthly subscription. This is a good and clean place to get a fast car wash. If only the kids working acted like they cared even a little. I feel like I am disturbing their smoking break by visiting their business.

Great service, friendly employees, and the owner is a very nice man! The only thing that would make it better is if they had compressed air hoses to help clean your car. I went to a carwash out west that had clips to hold car mats so you dont break your back and air hoses to clean the tough spots inside your vehicle. Definitely something to think about adding.

Great wash.No waitiing. But the Tireshine is not the best quality.

I was expecting a lot more out of the wash I got!! The tire shine only did 3 of my tires, and didnt do that great on them. The wash did ok. I had several small spots I had to rub off myself. But at other car washes Ive been too I never had any additional cleaning I need to do afterwards. The vacuums were the best part of my experience, hate to say I wont be back.

Did a great job on my vehicle and they usually dont get my big rear backdoor very good but Todds car wash sure did the job excellent!!

Looks like a nice car wash. Place is kept up well. Everything is brand new. Unfortunately they ran 4 cars together in the tunnel where the cars are washed. The attendance was not paying attention so he did not hit the emergency stop button soon enough.The attendant should have hit the emergency stop button as soon as the second car hit the lead car.

The quality of the wash was great. My car is shining now. The option to vacuum to your hearts contend, and not have to pay more and more is phenomenal. Also the whole place was very clean. I loved it, and will make it a regular part of my car cleaning routine

This place rocks! They have a basic wash for $5 and a more complete wash for $7 (they also have upgrades). I was very happy w the way my car looked after the wash & the free vacuums were very powerful. Will be returning

If I could give no stars that is exactly what I would do. I paid for my car wash today only to have the guy to come out and tell me there was an issue with the car wash and he expected it to start again 5-10 minutes tops. Well one hour and 15 minutes later I am getting the run around just to get my $10 refunded. I get things happen but do not have a manager working that leaves! Do not have employees working that have no common sense to refund people’s monies. They ignored about 6-7 of us who got stuck in their line! Good business is refund the money spent PLUS if you really want to show you’re sorry give those people a free car wash for the future. Extremely bad service!

Didnt notice the sign about trailer hitch and not washing my tailgate, I wish they wouldve told mentioned prior to wash. The tire shine really wasnt there either. Prolly just use basic wash next time.

They always do a going job

Ive been here a few times now. Mike took really great care of me today. I purchased a $12 wash that didnt quite clean my car like the last couple of times. Mike suggested that I keep some microfiber towels handy and use the bug pre-wash before my next wash. I wasnt even aware there was a bug pre-wash station. Thats pretty cool. He also took some extra time to demonstrate the effectiveness of the microfiber towels. In addition to the extra steps he took to ensure my happiness, he put me through the wash one more time. He also told me about the monthly, no-commitment membership to be able to get the good washes every day for a month. Hes a great salesperson and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I can appreciate his efforts as I am also in the customer service industry.

Nice car wash, Multiple options and prices, free vacuums

Went into the car wash, it pulled me all the way through, pulled into the vacuum spot with a FLAT TIRE! When I asked a man that works there for his help to change my tire that piped in their car wash he told me NO!!!!! he told me to call roadside if I have it. I was devastated embarrassed that the guy wouldn’t help me. Even after my boyfriend called up there and the owner said he would tell someone there to help me, NO ONE HELPED!!! Thank you to the older gentleman 2 spots down for helping me with my spare.

Our favorite place to clear our vehicles. Vacuums always work and garbage are emptied often. First place I have been to where there arent bees flying around the garbage cans or vacuums that dont work. This place is nice and clean. The workers and customers that come there are all very respectful. No loud music or children running around unsupervised!

There is absolutely nothing that was negative about this visit, my car was clean and the vacuums worked great. I go there once a month to keep my car clean and I have never been disappointed. My advice is dont go on a Sunday when they are packed.

I visit there often. I have a monthly membership. I have gone there for over two years and never been dissatisfied. I have never in all the times I have been there had trouble with employees. If you have trouble maybe it’s you. I like the way it washes my vehicle and I have never had any trouble with the vacuums.

This is my favorite car wash. Does a great job! Be sure to use the brush and bug prep area or it wont do as well. Also, if you have a hitch on the back of your vehicle they make you take it off.

Nice wash but beware of the unlimited plans. They actually limit you to one wash a day. They are definitely a great value and you get a good wash, but they are also definitely not unlimited since you can only use it once a day.

Went for the first time. Payed for the best wash with everything not satisfied. Still had bugs and dirt on my car. Liked the free vacuuming.and getting in and out was easy

It scratched the S**T out of my brand new sedan! And very spotty and this was the $12 car wash this is my only review and this place is not good. Just pay the 5 bucks and get a cheap wash and use the Vaccums(which are the only good thing about the place)

Convenient, quick. Brand spanking new. All automatic from the credit card reader (takes cas as well) through the wash tunnel. Plenty of vacuums.

I agree that it does not dry as good. Seems like all of them start out doing good and then they speed things up. I will not pay 30 bucks a month just for my truck! Now if they had a 35.00 a month for me and my wife I might do it. We did the monthly thing on Preston and she never used it. The people there have always treated me nice.

I dig it!!! Great membership plan, can wash your car an unlimited amount of times for $20 per month for a basic wash, and $30 per month for their best wash. Car Always comes out looking excellent.

Spent fifteen dollars to get a car covered in spots.Took my wifes car to Speedwash car wash a few minutes later, and for $3 it came out perfect.Never go here again!!!?

This car wash is nice but the employees are terribly unfriendly. The owner even yelled at a customer the other day and didnt think twice about it. Businesses succeed because they have successful supportive owners and managers which this car wash doesnt have. Im not going to go here anymore and you should not waste your time either. Todds place needs some lessons on manners and professionalism.

Good carwash where I am now a member for$30/month. That gets me their best wash, a $15 wash, every day.

We decided to try Todds Place and went through the wash, we chose the $15.00 Lava Wash and found it did not clean very well, we talked to a staff member about the fact that the wash did not clean bugs and other heavy dirt off the van. He was very nice and let us know that there is a bug prep area before you wash and nice enough to give us another basic wash. We went around and scrubbed off the bugs with a brush and bucket of soap provided. My comment to my husband was that we may as well have hand washed the car ourselves.One nice feature is the complimentary vacuum stations and mat cleaners.There are other options in the Fern creek and Buechel area that cleans better than this wash and provides bug and interior cleaning for a similar price.We will probably choose those other options before this one in the future.

Car wash turned off after 30 seconds of washing. We waited 4 whole minutes and then drove off. When we tried to start over they asked for more money when they are the reason the equipment malfunctioned. So I paid $15 for no car wash. Worse place I ever been to.
