Worst service experience ever: car under warranty with faulty wiring harness. Car kept in service for 2 weeks, a week after parts received: no one would return my calls for first week. I had to get ride to dealership to get status. Was also told no loaners available...so no wheels for 2 weeks. Was told Tuesday noon car would be ready ...found out after I went to dealership that, no, car wont be ready....and still isnt 4 days later. Worst customer service anywhere. I had bought 3 cars from this dealer in last 5 years....POSTSCRIPT: after talking to dealer principal, I was given a loaner and the service dept was reorganized to improve the entire experience

Rats,I cant buy a vehicle from anywhere else now. Blue Grass Motorsport Audi kills the competition. Purchased a 2014 Mercedes E350 4Matic from them this week. The car was exactly as they stated, no games, no typical car dealer B.S. The process was smooth, quick and easy. I also did this long distance in the beginning. Since I live two states away most of the purchase and viewing of the car was done online and via a face time walk around. William Waun, from the dealership was fantastic during the whole process. The car was flawless and I took delivery in person, again this process was easy and quick. The problem is, I got blind sided by the honesty and integrity of the salesperson and dealership. How will I ever be able to buy a car from anyone else in the. future. If you are wondering should I buy from this company, Yes you should.

I came in for a oil change and a car detailed. My car had water drops all over the car and wheels was very dirty.I had to mention it to the service guys when it should have been inspected before I got there and not had to wait 30-40 more minutes. Inside was extremely wet and I left my car over the weekend and pick it up on Tuesday when it should have been dry. Not to mention I had drink dripping still on the console. Floor mats still dirty. I just wasted $350 on a half done detailing job!

The service was part of an oil change special. I received the special rate and was given excellent technical service.I am disappointed that I did not receive the use of a vehicle during my wait. During all past oil change service with this dealership, I have been offered the use of a vehicle. I was instead asked if I needed a ride somewhere. I drove a considerable distance to receive my service from this dealership (1 hour/60 miles) and was left to wait two hours without the means to leave the dealership. One might not think that a loaner is necessary for an oil change however, oil changes for Porsches are expensive and require accessing the mid-engine through the rear of the car. They take a considerable amount of time.

Bought a Cayenne Diesel here in 2018. Jeremy Carrier was great! Did all the buying over the phone and internet. Car was exactly what they published and we were very happy! Everything was on time, and I was taking Cayenne back to Florida on a return leg from LA via Delta. I told Jeremy i would appreciate a quick close/departure. He came in on his day off to make sure everything was correct! I was in and out in less than 1 hour! It was scheduled to be a rainy day, and it was, so he moved a new car out of the showroom, and moved my used Cayenne into it, had it dried, so i could inspect a dry car! Fast forward to today. The battery is slightly flat at times, so had it tested, and it failed. Scheduled service with my local Porsche Dealership, Porsche of Destin. They told me, once, twice, then in an email that Batteries are not covered under the CPO warranty this Cayenne has on it! I called Porsche of Bluegrass/ AKA, Blue Grass Motorsport, and explained my question. They got the service manager over all five dealerships on the phone with me. Dennis Woods called PCNA rep and confirmed my Cayenne battery is covered just as I thought and was told when i bought the car. He even offered to refund the bill if the local Porsche of Destin insisted to bill me for the battery. I would never ask at this point, since its now on Porsche of Destin to figure out why they show it as not covered! Great job BlueGrass, even three years after the sale! Highly recommended! Mr. Woods, committed to calling back with info within 10 minutes. He did, and provided me his personal cell if i had any issues. If i was counting on Porsche of Destin, this would be my first and last Porsche. Thankfully Bluegrass has ensured this will be my first of many Porsche cars! Might even make the 8 hour trip to grab the next one when the time comes!

Sales associate did not fairly valuate my trade. He provided an unseen value over the phone. At the dealership, he provided another value with a $1,000 increase. When I asked what he based the value on, the sales associate had no answer. He later stated that it was “Porsche policy” to replace my 2 month old Michelin all-season tires with Porsche spec speed rated tires and to put money into the vehicle to make it Porsche approved (Certified Pre-owned). Prior to ending our negotiation I raised the point that it is not fair to value my vehicle based on a requirement to make it Porsche approved or the need to replace nearly new tires. I stated, to my knowledge, the value of my vehicle is based on current market value minus any flaws or issues the vehicle had. The sales associate never mentioned any required repairs or flaws to my vehicle. I later received a text from the sales associated stating he was apologizing because he had misstated that it was “Porsche policy” to change the tires. His manager said the tires on the vehicle would likely not require replacement, but since they were snow tires, they would still need to be changed. My tires are 2 month old Michelin CrossClimate SUV all-season tires that he should have looked at when the car was presented for valuation. This sales associate was caught in a lie. Furthermore, he never engaged management while I was at the dealership with an explanation on the value of my trade which may have resolved this issue on the spot. Nice dealership (as usual) but bad experience working with this staff member.

Routine service went smoothly and promptly and I was notified ahead of time when it was due. But I also had two specific issues that I wanted addressed one that required parts and the other were some special winter tires. One was internally engineered and the other was delivered quickly. I was very pleased to get all this done in one trip to the service center. Efficiency and completeness extra important since I live rurally.

As always the service was top notch. You feel like you have arrived at a friends house rather than a repair facility. If you wait, coffee and water are offered. If you are scheduled to leave the vehicle, a clean loaner is pulled up for you. When you arrive to pick up your vehicle, it has been washed and vacuumed. Most importantly, I have never had to return because something was not right with the repair. You can’t ask for more than that.

Kelly was absolutely wonderful to work with! We live about 9 hours away from the dealership. Within an hour Kelly sent me photos, negotiated a fair price on the purchase and trade, and arranged shipping for us. I bought a 2014 Cayman (my first Porsche) from Bluegrass and was very happy with the process. It was in the middle of the covid-19 emergency and it was impossible for me to travel across the country to see the car, so I had to buy sight unseen, which created a lot of concern for me. My sales person recognized this concern and really went to great lengths to get me additional pictures and answer all my questions. The transaction was executed very professionally and my car was delivered to my home, in even better condition than I expected. It was a very positive experience all around.

I have leased multiple cars from this dealership over the last several years, but finally had enough after recent visits. These complaints are entirely with the Porsche dealer over the course of my lease. With some exceptions, the staff is completely unhelpful; if I call with even the simplest of questions, I have been told I need to call porsche financial services without fail. This suggests the staff is not well informed or is unmotivated to help their customers. It simply doesnt provide the customer service one would expect from a luxury brand.Most recently, I was quoted a lease price that seemed very high for the cost of the car, even in comparison to the previous leased car of similar value. I spoke with several people in the industry who remarked that while this dealership wasnt necessarily overcharging, they ask for the highest premium possible for that model. They do not cut deals or discount for repeat customers. They do not negotiate. Seems like a bad way to do business for potential repeat business.Of course, I dont know a ton about cars so I was ready to accept this was just how it was and the price Id be paying. But then I had to make just one phone call to a different porsche dealership in a neighboring city to get the car that I wanted to lease for the price I expected to pay.Needless to say, I wont be going back here.

Its great to hear someone had a great experience at the Bluegrass. My shopping experience was horrible. I felt offended several times throughout my experience at the BLUEGRASS. The price for the vehicle was not fair and totally off the mark. Randy didnt help things at all. I was told that just to let you know we dont offer incentives or rebates here. First, I didnt ask for a rebate or if you offered incentives. I DID MY RESEARCH before I got there. I hope it wasnt because of my race and Im a women but my money spend just like anyone else. I wonder if I wouldve been talk to like that if I was a white male.

I can’t say enough good things about Porsche Bluegrass Motorsport. I wasn’t sure what I wanted and I live in Lexington. Kelly did a great job of providing me details and pictures via text. Once I drove up, Kelly/Mike were patient and allowed me to test drive many Porsches. They provided a world class buying experience very consistent with the brand. No pressure and easy to work with throughout the entire process.I finally found a 2017 Panamera Turbo, my dream car. It’s amazing and puts a smile on my face every time I drive it! I was provided with a brand new Porsche Macan as a courtesy car- immaculate and with only twenty miles on the odometer. My 2017 Macan was given its annual/40000 mile service as well as an interior and exterior detailing, both of which were excellent- the vehicle was immaculate when I picked it up.The dealership kept my vehicle for an extra overnight so that I wouldnt have to drive it home during a rainstorm and make the freshly detailed vehicle filthy- wow! All Round Wonderful TreatmentAfter many visits to this dealership and tireless effort on sales department, I purchased my 2019 Porsche Carrera 911 T from a Florida dealership who shipped it to me. Upon delivery, I visited Blue Grass sales folks and was welcomed with warm congratulations. Few days later I experienced a puncture in a tire which was quickly repaired by the service department. Performing a complete checklist of items, the entire dealership has accepted me into their family. Great sales and service people. Took my recently purchased 2014 Cayman S there for the first time for a computer program update. Also needed a few cosmetic interior parts to get it looking new again. The Service Advisor, Cesar, was helpful and put me in a Cayenne loaner for the day. Everything fixed same day. Between Cesar, another Service Advisor, and a Service Tech, they answered all my questions about Porsche ownership, maintenance, tire cost, etc. Jeremy is the best Sales Consultant I have ever dealt with. I had purchased a used Cayenne that B.M. had performed ALL of the service maintenance on for the prior owner. I originally brought my Cayenne into B.M. on the scheduled date, (where at that time, I was informed that B.M. knew the history of this particular Cayenne because they had performed ALL the service work) due to the check engine light, which I try to resolve myself with the OEM parts that B.M. sold to me. Unfortunately, B.M. Charged me $169 for the diagnostics on this vehicle (again, a vehicle B.M. already performed ALL service maintenance work on and a vehicle they sold). I have a warranty on this vet that will cover the repairs however, B.M. Is now telling me, they can not work on my Cayenne until late September or early October (it’s July) because they have 3 other vehicles in front of mine. Really? They could have fixed the issue on the first appointment but now I have to setup another appointment for late September or early October? Not good!

This place is filled with crooks. It starts at the top with the owner and his group of cronies the accounting & finance managers that he keeps around him. They will cheat, threaten and steal every penny that they can from you. There are many other dealerships in town, despite what you hear, go with a national chain at least there the margin are fixed unlike this place where you dont know what you will end up paying which mostly likely is equal to or higher than the national chains. This place is run by crooks.

Caesar was my service representative. Caesar is very knowledgeable, professional and treated me like an important customer. The service on my 2001 Boxster was not routine, but it was done quickly and for less cost to me that I had been told to expect. I was provided a loaner car (a Cayman S) which made me wish my service work would take years instead of only days. My 2001 Boxster has been serviced at Bluegrass Porsche for 17 years, and I highly recommend Caesar and Bluegrass Porsche.

Blue Grass Porsche provided the finest buying experience I have ever had, and I have bought numerous new cars in my lifetime, including Porsches from other dealers. Salesperson Joel Richardson and Manager Randy Biery worked tirelessly to put together a great deal in record time, including shipping my car to Florida and obtaining FL tags and title in about 7 days. For comparison, other dealerships I have used typically take 4-8 weeks to get the tag. Blue Grass Porsche takes the out-of-state buying experience to a new level. I recently purchased a Porsche Macan from BG Motorsports (my first Porsche). I had a breakdown on the interstate during rush hour due to a sudden flat -- not a problem with the vehicle, but an unavoidable hazard. Jeremy and Don Burch provided good advice quickly by phone and I ended up towing the vehicle by flatbed back to the dealer, where I got a quick repair (new tire needed). Not a major problem, but very supportive service.
