I had my Honda CR-V windows tinted. After about 4 years the tint on the back window started to bubble. I went back and Mike the owner looked at it. Set me up an appointment and replaced the tint. There was no charge. I would highly recommend Xclusive to anyone. I will always take my vehicles to Xclusive. Very pleasant and professional service.

I want to thank Mike, Kelly, and the other two workers that assisted us with getting our car interior detailed and windows tinted. They went above and beyond and I couldn’t be more appreciative. They did an amazing job and I couldn’t be happier!

They did a great job on the exterior car detail, however they damaged a button on the interior of my car. I pointed it out to one of the employees when I picked the car up and was told that I would hear back the next week and they would take care of it. I called to follow up twice the next week and was told the manager would call me back within a day or so. Its been around two weeks and I have never heard back from them. At this point I would rather just move on and not waste the energy dealing with them. I will not be bringing any of my vehicles back here and would not recommend them. Very unprofessionalUpdate 6-17-21: Mike at Xclusive worked with the BMW service center to have the button replaced. I just had to schedule the appointment, but Mike covered the cost.

We’ve used Xclusive with 3 of our vehicles over the years. Service is fast and you know what you’re getting. A little pricey but I think it’s worth it because they’re a professional operation who does the job right the first time. We’ve had two vehicles detailed and I’ve also had window tinting done - all excellent. Will use again for sure!

Great place. Good prices and walked me through the process. They did my side windows and taillights There was an issue with the inner window mechanism on my passenger side that they told me about and fixed at no cost. I got paint protection film (clear bra) installed on the front quarter of my car and mirror backs. Can you see the film? Now I can cruise knowing my car is safe from getting destroyed by rock chips. I had an awesome experience at Xclusive! I noticed that my BMW had many thin spider scratches in the clear coat, and called XClusive to see if I could have it looked at. From the first phone call they were extremely kind and knowledgeable and invited me to stop by for an estimate. I was recommended a 3 Stage Paint Correction. I was able to drop my car off over night when my wife was off a few days later, and when we went to pick it up I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Mike. The finish was as smooth as glass and had a deep shine. This is the first time I have ever had a car detailed. We have 3 dogs. My 2009 Rav4 is the dog hauler. Because it is always full of dog hair, my husband bought the Groupon for the premier interior detail for me for Valentines day. It was $225. Which is way more than I would have spent on getting my car cleaned. But he wanted to make sure it was done right. I dropped it off when they opened at 9 am. Around noon I got a phone call. She wanted to know if I was aware that their was pet hair in the vehicle. Oh yeah. I am aware. That was the point of having it cleaned. There is an additional charge ($80) for pet hair that one one had mentioned. When I told her I was never made aware of the additional fee and wasnt planning on paying anything extra (besides a tip). After a minute on the phone, she asked Do you just not have it? I was a totally put off by the question and her approach to the issue. I will let the photos tell the rest of the story. These were taken right after I got it home. I dont think it is worth the trouble to take it back and deal with them.

Brought a car which had been pulled out of a garage where it had sat for 30 years, the techs did a fabulous job inside and out bringing the vehicle back to life, very pleased with the result.

Most importantly, the tint job was good. My 3 star rating is based on two factors: 1. I was charged a “handling fee” of $45.71 and when I called the gentleman stated it was tax for the actual window tint film used, but for some reason wasn’t labeled as tax. However, before making the appointment, the quote given included nothing about additional handling charges. And this fee is on top of the additional $100 I was charged, just for the type of car I own. This feels a lot like price gouging to me. I was told, “Tesla’s just cost more.” There was an opportunity for the situation to be made right when I called to question the charge. The additional “handling fee” could have been refunded since it wasn’t a part of the additional quote, but it wasn’t offered.2. I brought my car in immaculately clean condition but when I picked it up, it had a dried film of soap and water all over it. They offered to wash it, but I declined as I had an engagement to attend and couldn’t wait. After having my car for 9 hours, I would’ve expected them to have the time necessary to give my car back in the condition they received it.Again, I’m happy with the tint job done, but the other issues would lead me to not use them again, but would still recommend.

Xclusive done a amazing job on my interior detail! I had 4 years of stains from kids & pets that they we able to get out!! I am impressed. One thing I wish would have been better was the time frame. I had to drop my car off at 9a and couldnt pick it up until 7pm. The front desk couldnt give me a smaller window or estimate on how long the detail was going to take. I am happy though! Very happy with the results on both, Ridgeline and Marano. Had a new head liner installed in the 2007 Ridgeline a I felt like it was a new truck. Yes I will be going back to them to get my trucks detailed this year.

This is a good place to go, the window tint was perfect and the interior and door panels were clean after they take there time and that I appreciate for not rushing to get it done. I would like to give this more star but after 2 weeks and no response to the wax swirls and areas that were missed I am sad to say very disappointed. I could not be happier with my experience. I had my windows tinted on my Ford Focus. They did a excellent job and the price was very reasonable. The customer service was great and answered all my questions. Even the waiting area was clean and spotless. I will highly recommended this place to my friends and family.

Very pleasant experience with them in tinting my windows for my new f-150. The African American girl (I think the manager) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I waited in their guest room while they worked on my car and used their WiFi studying while they finished. She said it could take 3 hours but they actually got me done in less than 2!!!! So thrilled. The quality of this tint looks better than factory. I have taken my cars to their competition in the past and am kicking myself for it, they are night and day different. This is the gold standard in Louisville!

Great job. I went in for a detail, and got a new car! There were a couple of small nit-picks I had, but the best part was that the owner re-detailed the whole car for me just to make sure it was perfect. It looks better than the day I bought it.

They were very nice to me when my vehicle failed inspection at the BMV brought my car right up there took the tint off And tell me to bring it back and they would put new tint on there which day did I waited all day for a phone call and ended up calling them after they were closed and they said they would have it done it was late just told them I would pick it up tomorrow never got a phone call the next day had to call them around 3 PM that’s when they let me know my car was ready when I got there I could see water strikes down the side of my car where they sprayed the windows down the windows were all smeared up and I couldn’t even see where they set a bottle on my hood I have a 24-year-old 1996 Ford Mustang that is my pride and joy they were very expensive butI understand it cost money to get good work done at least that’s what I thought will never go back there again and I know a lot of people at car shows and I will never recommend these people to them

I brought my Lexus RX in to be detailed so I could get top dollar when I sold it. Xclusive delivered. The car looked brand new and they were even able to get years’ worth of dog hair out of the carpet. Potential buyers commented on the fact it was in pristine condition. And I got full asking price. Went this morning for a car detailing. I was expecting the cost to be about $200 - $250. They quoted a base price of $375 and then an extra $100 for the dog hair. I am sure they would have done a good job, but there is just no excuse for that pricing model. I took my car downtown to a detailer within my price range and Im just as happy with the results as if I had paid twice as much.

$530 Just an interior detail and odor removal. Most expensive detail shop on this side of the Mississippi. Quoted one price, then changed once they inspected the car. Well not sure how odor and interior detail can change once inspected. It simply means the car stinks and it needs cleaned, they knew the size upon the first call when they asked what kind of car. Bad business, and wouldnt recommend them to anyone! Didnt help out $1 when called to complain either.

Went to website to get a quote didnt bother to acknowledge the request.

I’ve had quite a few cars that needed tinting, I’ve tried the economic route and I’ve tried the more known brands like Pro Tint. Xclusive Professional Auto Detailing and Window Tinting is second to none, here we are 2 years out from my initial tinting and have had no issues. The tinting looks as though it were done just yesterday, durable to wear and tear and an 8 year old boxer dog scratching at it! Highly recommend their services!

I had to have a window replaced, so I needed it tinted to match my other windows, I called Xclusive at 9am on a Friday, and asked how much they would charge and if they could get to it that day, the gentleman on the phone asked what time I could make it in, I told him around noon, he told theyll take care of me... well, I showed up around 11am and he took my keys and walked me to waiting area, and 20 minute later came and got me and said it was all done... so not only were they professional on the phone, but they were professional when I got there and when I was leaving, and also did a professional job on my window... everyone there was awesome and their work is top notch!

I got the premium interior and exterior detail as well as headlight restoration and they did an AMAZING job. It looked newer than when I originally got the car! I was blown away at how great the inside looked. And the customer service was fantastic, everyone was so nice and friendly. Only place in Louisville I trust to tint my windows. Bought a car out of state and Sheriff had me remove tint on the front windows in order to pass state inspection. I brought the car to Xclusive and asked them to match the existing tint and redo the front windows. Car turned out flawless!
