Poor experience to say the least. I normally curb my expectations when it comes to detailing since I used to do it professionally and feel that its unfair to be a stickler for every little thing. However, the fact youve got nothing but 5 star reviews and the detail I got was so shoddy, I had to bring this to peoples attention.Had to bring the car back 3 times and there are still issues. Im going to take the car elsewhere and have it redone the right way. It may just be that I used to detail professionally, but its in the name; you have to focus on the details. Here are the problems I have, for future reference:- Being offered free washes every time theres an issue doesnt solve the problem.- Being charged the maximum price in a range quoted without any hesitation or consideration (or even knowing what the quote was).- Parts thrown into a box, whether found in the empty trunk of my new car or fallen off the car, and not being told about it, then acting condescending about it when I raise a concern in a polite manner.- Not getting rid of the pet odor and hair in the car, which was my original complaint (didnt know that either).- My car smelling like mildew because the car wasnt aired out after cleaning it (I brought the car in to be deodorized as well, so its even more of an issue).- Finally, when I get the car back for the third time, Im told that they cant clean something, but all I need to do is use a wet rag to clean it (why cant you, the people I paid to do it, use a wet rag to clean if its that simple?).I was willing to overlook the dash not being wiped down completely and there being spots that werent treated. I was willing to overlook the windows being hazy because of a cleaner or wax of some sort was improperly applied to it, and I wouldve overlooked any one or two of the main complaints, but all of these together are far beyond what Im willing to accept.Keep your free washes, Ill take my car to a reputable shop, one of many shops that have detailed my car before and have done incredible jobs that I dont have any issues with.

I wish that I had taken before and after pictures. I am a single mom and I work full time, so cleaning out my car is low on my list and my kid is a mess! These guys made my car sparkle inside and out, and let me tell you they had their work cut out for them! Amazing job!

Russell Anderson, III and his team are amazing! I stopped by one day to inquire on a full detail of a GMC Terrain SLT. He was able to get me in the same week and I felt he had good pricing. Mr. Anderson recommend a product for the rubber trim I have on my vehicle which has somewhat faded over the years. I picked it up prior to leaving my car the night before via the drop box option, left the product inside the car, and it was applied during the detail service. I was EXTREMELY pleased when I picked up my vehicle. From front to back, top to bottom, inside and out, and the engine – AMAZING! They also provide standard hand washing services which I will be using rather than these pricey automatic carwashes and teams that rush through your service.
