Just had my car waxed today. Superb job and great customer service. The owner is very personable and cares about the quality of his work. I would not hesitate to go back when I need car cleaning services again. Job well done!

I recommend this business so highly! He worked with our schedules, tailored our detailing needs to my truck, and managed to get the truck cleaner than 600$ details in Nashville. My interior was trashed and I wasnt sure saveable, and he managed to get it spotless. Plus he was personable, couldnt recommend him enough!

Have used these guys twice. They do excellent work, do it promptly and efficiently. On my last visit I dropped the car in the afternoon, and it was ready by end of the day. Additionally, they are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.

I booked online. Showed up 15 min early. No one was here. I called and was told they do an up charge of 50$ on Sundays. No reason beyond working on sundays. It says this no where on their site or anywhere along the booking process. No apologies for making me drive out here and wait. Terrible customer service. Will not attempt to use again

Scheduled a mobile appointment over a week ago as a gift for my husband. Received confirmation, but they never showed up.When I called, Anthony said he mistakenly thought we were bringing car in, instead of a mobile, which is what I scheduled. I clarified & he said he could have someone out in an hour. I agreed.Over an hour later, I called to inquire where they were, since my husband said they still havent shown. Anthony said he sent his guy out, but since my husband didnt answer the phone (my husband has no record of his call), they decided not to go.A knock on the door not see that my husband is home & waiting, or a phone call to myself (having already talked to Anthony on multiple occasions this day) could have fixed this situation, but somehow they thought the better business practice would be to just not show up.Total wasted day waiting on someone to arrive to do this job. Worst attempted fix of a problem Ive ever dealt with.Most frustrating & completely avoidable experience EVER!!!

A&S came to the Rescue. I left my sunroof open for 24 hours during a torrential downpour. I had several inches of water in my car. I was so afraid that my car was going to smell like a wet dog. Anthony made my car smell like new again. Anthony was professional and on time with his services. Thanks again.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I booked an appointment online, which was confirmed via text and email, went to the shop, but nobody was there. I called, and he had already left for the day. He says he didn’t see it on the schedule but offered me half price to come back another day. I asked if he had anything open the following day, and he said YES. He suggested I arrive at the same time as my original appointment. I agreed and thanked him. I showed up 20 minutes early for my appointment, and nobody was there. I called and left a VM and waited for my appointment time. During this time, I checked reviews for this company, both, here and on Yelp. This happens ALL THE TIME!! I called again and left another VM. I drove from IN two days in a row for NOTHING! Im out gas money, toll fees, and my time. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Had an appointment for over a month. Left key and hours later we called to check on car. He had completely forgot about it. We went to get our key and. Just saying why he couldn’t. All I wanted was communication and it wouldn’t have been an issue. Do not go to the place

Disingenuous. I went to A&S to have water removed after my car had a leak in the sunroof. It was a good amount of water on the floor on the right side. He initially told me it would be ready the next day. Each day I called for a timeline, and he kept pushing it back, often annoyed with me for calling and openly rude to me on the phone. 5 days later, we agreed to have my car ready at 7 AM so I could pick up my car before work. I called him when I arrived to pick my car up and he said he forgot and he’d have it ready by 4 PM. I came back at 4 and my car was still not put back together. I had to wait an hour while some other random guy who was standing in for the owner tried to put my car back together. He did not appear to be qualified to put my car back together, and was getting instructions over the phone. He didn’t reinstall my front seat correctly and my airbag light was on after he tried to put my car back together. (It wasn’t on before they worked on it.) I had to take my car to a mechanic to have my car scanned for another $80 just to have them tell me the seat wasn’t connected properly. He was able to get the water out, but I ended up paying way more for the water removal and to have a mechanic look at my car afterwards to make sure it was safe after the shoddy work. A&S charged me $175, which I thought was expensive just to have him pull the upholstery up and run fans on it for 5 days. He also asked that I pay him over Venmo and I never got any kind of invoice for the service. With the additional mechanic cost, the totals were $255. Seriously not worth it. Go somewhere else for if you have similar issues.

My girlfriend had came here twice before and i saw the work done to her car and was astounded. I knew that i had to bring my car here next. The first time my girlfriend came here her older accord looked brand new on the inside. On her second visit she had a newer taurus and he somehow made it look even newer. I brought my car here since it was due for a detail and i was ASTOUNDED at how clean my car looked. This place is extremely thorough and doesn’t miss a spot. My car looks like it was just driven out of a dealership. Will 100% return, Anthony hooks it up.

I called today as I was leaving work because I spilled coffee on my front seats. Anthony was able to get me in 30 minutes later. I couldn’t be happier with the results!

On January 16 I booked an appointment online for their first available in the morning. I did see that it was under review so I wasn’t sure if it had been booked or not. The next day when they didn’t show up I called to see if they had received my request. He answered and explained that he was out of town because of the death of a family member and would get back with me the following Monday. When Monday came I never heard back. On Tuesday I called to set up another appointment. We set it for the 20th and he was supposed to be here at 12. No one ever showed and no one ever called. Not only did he confirm over the phone with me that the appointment was good, but I did get an email confirming the appointment set up. He just completely flaked on me. Even though I tried to track him down it didn’t seem to matter to him. I ended up having to go out of town with a filthy car on my trip.

Wow!!!! I can’t say enough good things about A&S Detailing. Anthony is very professional and my 2015 Kia looks brand spanking new.

He did an excellent job and I got a reminder (because its happened to all of us) that sometimes things happen out of your control.He did an excellent job.

I booked an interior detail online. I received confirmation and updates that my appointment was coming up. No one ever showed up and I never received a call that it was canceled or needed to be rescheduled. I tried calling 3 times, all 3 times no one answered and it went to a voice-mail that had a full mailbox so I couldnt leave a message. Just seems unprofessional.

I was supposed to have an 8am mobile detailing appointment. I received a phone call around 8 that there would be a delay, and then no other communication beyond that. I left a voicemail, trying to get in contact with someone. The 3 hour appointment window has passed and I still have had no communication, so I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Worse service ever. Kept the vehicle. Did not perform the work. Not upfront even when you ask directly. Horrible business man. Says he only gets $130 for Groupon. Would give Groupon price if you go directly through him. Only wants to clean already clean vehicles.

Recently got my interior done by them and outstanding would be an understatement. My car had been through it, sour cream stains, pet stains, drink stains, and it is like nothing ever happened. Not to mention, my car has never smelled this good! Definitely worth the price, Anthony was beyond flexible and the quality is unmatched.

Booked an appointment, had it confirmed, they no showed, didnt call to say they werent showing up. After calling them twice they called me back and said they were having car trouble and that I could come by and theyd detail the car. This was almost an hour after the scheduled appointment time. Very disappointed in the lack of communication.

Weve been taking all our vehicles to A&S for the past 4 years. Anthony and his crew are always extremely professional. They do an amazing job! Got an older vehicle and want it to look as close to original as possible, theyve got you covered. Got a brand new vehicle that just needs a little wash and vacuum, theyve got you covered. The prices are great and reflect the TLC your vehicle needs! We literally just called the shop yesterday and he fit us in today. Dropped the car off at 4:30 and picking it up the same day at 8:30. Even if you have a detailing company you love, Id still recommend taking them for a drive. You never know, they might be your new go to detailer!

This place is awesome! My silver car had week-old thick tar-like sap all over it and I tried several things and thought it was there to stay. But now my car looks new again! Will definitely be bad for more cleanings here.

Within the last few weeks we have sent 3 cars to A&S. One being a sprinter. Anthony and his crew are amazing. Especially with doing so many cars for us in a week. We always get them detailed & washed and they come back brand new. Our Sprinter took a beating on Derby Day and I had them detail and clean everything and it looked new again! We Will continue to send all of our company cars their way.

I had a great experience with A&S Auto Detailing recently. My car was not very clean on the inside, and Anthony did wonders with the detailing on the inside. I also had an odor in my car that was removed, and I can not smell anything left of the old odor! I am also thankful that Anthony squeezed me in on a Saturday on one days notice.

A&S Detailing was able to detail my car last minute on a holiday weekend! Great service they got me in and out in no time after an emergency need for shampooing of my vehicle. Very pleased with the service.

I went online and scheduled a detail. I received an email giving me a window of 12:00-3:00.At 3:05 I called and the owner answered and said he didn’t approve the detail so they weren’t coming. What a messed up way to run a business. He didn’t even apologize for not calling or making contact of any kind. Just let me sit here for nothing. I hope they go out of business for treating customers that way. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I’ll also be reviewing this company on Nextdoor and any other site I can findHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
