Eric is a very knowledgeable plumber and will design,repair,or replace your plumbing right and up to Kentucky state plumbing code. Good hardworking guy.

Love these guys. First thing that attracted me to them was the price, 1st estimate was for 8k, second estimate was for 15k, and these guys came and said 4, showed up in 2 days got the work knocked and quick and professionally. Joey from Austin Bryan Plumbing was the plumber that came to the house, and he was very professional and explained to me everything that he needed to do. Called for a water heater install. They show up very professional and respectful people! Nice and clean!! They also cleaned up. Took the old one with them. After it was all over u couldn’t tell that they where there. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. And I will be calling them back

I give this company a one-star only because you have to at least give them one star if it was up to me I will give them a quarter of a star if that the company took the time to give me a quote I told them that I would like for them to do my project they scheduled to come out and start to work three days later on a Friday Friday comes they never show I have called numerous times I get a call back from the company only to know that they was trying to reach someone else and if they will give me a call right back and never have and completely wasted over two and a half weeks of my time my customers time and my project is now further behind due to this company I would not recommend them to do business with anyone especially General Contractors they will put your job in Jeopardy and your deadlines does not concern them at all

I like to support a local business, and will rave about them when they do a great job. Last year I had Austin Bryan Plumbing come out and was happy with their service. Unfortunately not the same experience today. After 3 hours with no one arriving, I called (Eric - owner) and left msg. I received no return call. I called no less than 4 additional times - until after 7pm and sent a text with no response back. Unbelievable and unacceptable. I was forced to call another plumber (and take time off work again for appt.). I was told hes recently had complaints from this same company. Buyer beware!

Eric and his crew took a very unexpected, sad, and stressful situation we had that was on a time sensitive deadline and pushed thru it best they could to make it happen.I will be honest the first night I was a little confused as to if we got the service we were quoted, but after my Husband put a call in to the office they were back the next day to make those concerns right.I recommend them because they are local people just like us, they did best they could as fast as they could, had a great attitude through it all, and on the second day delivered exactly what we needed. On the first day we got water, that was a huge blessing, but the 2nd day they got it done up to expectation. Great prices. Locally owened and operated. Can schedule online. Simple.

Failed to show multiple times when scheduled. Did not properly complete the work. Installed grease trap backwards, installed ice maker line to drain line, failed to install hot water tank to code. Failed to show twice for final inspections. Blamed it all on me being hard to work with and rude. I cant stand contractors that cant show for the job as they agreed.

I paid $3,100 for them to come take out the flooring/old shower and bath and put in new subfloor as well as a new bath shower combo in one of my bathrooms.I had another contractor come out and do the tile work, he was working a commercial job on a hotel in Etown so it took about 5 weeks for him to get around to tiling my bathroom.The guy at Austin Bryan told me to just give them a call once the tile work was finished and they would come back out to hook my toilet and sink back up and paint the bathroom.As soon as the tile guy finished I called Austin bryan to set up a time to get the job finished (I had already paid them in full).It took about a week to get a call back. I realize they’re busy and it could have taken several weeks to get someone out to finish the job, I was fine with that and wasn’t in a huge rush.However the person they ended up sending stood me up 4 or 5 times (I have all the texts still). I took multiple days off work and cancelled plans with a friend to sit around on multiple occasions just to be stood up, no call, no show. The first texts from the person who was sent out were on August 8th. Saying he would be at my house to paint. The only things needing done in my very small bathroom were the walls sanded and painted, toilet hooked up, sink hooked up and caulking around the shower/tub. Several hours of work at most. This went on until August 24th. So a few hours of work took 16 days and the job wasn’t even completed.Finally after weeks of going back and forth the bathroom was painted (poorly, I had to go back and sand areas of the wall down and repaint), the toilet was hooked up however a piece was missing for the sink. I thought the guy left to get the missing piece but he never came back. No calls, texts, nothing.I had to hire another plumber to come out and hook the sink up as I didn’t want to risk missing more work to sit around for someone to no call/no show multiple times.

Do not hire this company. You will be sorry. They are a complete joke. They charged me $1200 to fix a pipe that was leaking in my toilet and snake my toilet, however, the problem was never fixed. Three times Eric sent a plumber named Justin to my home. Justin would say he “had to go get parts” and stay gone for hours at a time. One time his excuse was that he got a nail in his tire. He would leave for the day saying the problem was fixed and I would go to use my toilet and it would stop up again. Then the same plumber came back out, pulling my toilet out of the floor saying he could fix it. He would leave, it would stop up again. Finally I complained to the “owner” Eric. Eric came out and said he had the problem fixed and yet AGAIN my toilet would stop up after a few uses. Come to find out it wasn’t the toilet at all but my sump pump located behind the wall where my toilet is. Then when I said I wanted some of my money back, Eric said he wouldn’t give my money back but would charge me a few extra hundred to put a new pump in. Completely and totally disappointed in this company. They should be shut down!

Im calling BBB on this company!!They came out to my home on 8/15/18 to see why my water wasnt getting hot....Didnt even touch my water heater....look at it and said it was 10 years old and said gas valve was bad and eventually would start leaking in two different places....said he could fix it with no guarantee for 600 or he could sell me a new one ...installed for 1000....I told him to leave my property!!!Called another company...only thing wrong was the pilot had went out.....and assured me nothing was wrong with my gas valves or the heater itself!!!!they tried to rob me

Knowledge, expertise, customer service, honesty, integrity, and any form of professionalism are COMPLETELY void here. Company was contracted for bathroom remodel--$3200 worth of work done incorrectly, owner did not pull permits as discussed, caused damage to walls/ceiling/newly installed tile in adjacent rooms, allowed a worker to bring a child to job-site who was left unattended, child proceeded to walk the house with a knife cutting/destroying various items, once water was back on the improper installation resulted in flooding. ZERO accountability was taken by the owner who once informed of the issue just outright refused to accept a phone call, claimed he stopped by house and no one was home however, my wife works from home-was never away from her office with direct view of front driveway, then finally texting his refusal to correct work or refund invoice amount for correction of job. After two other BBB accredited plumbing companies inspected installation it was determined not only was work unpermitted, it was not done to code, completely useless and outright ILLEGAL. All work had to be ripped out and completely redone by another contractor, all parts for damage caused to bathtub had to be repurchased, owner left atleast a dozen parts that were not needed in the box resulting in a very dangerous installation for which he then denied completing yet made accusations that supplies were not present, and then would not correct, would not reimburse for in any way. Save yourself, hire someone... anyone... else.

Quality people, results were amazing .

This was a horrible company to deal with all around, will not use again... they will show up to your house stoned, smoke pot in the driveway and then have no idea what they are doing.
