Ms. Bonnie cuts my sons very thick and curly hair and does a wonderful job. The manager, Laura, is very nice and has great customer service. The salon is always very neat when we go.

I would like to say that initially I had a issue with paying at the store. But the manager called me and resolved the issue in a totally professional manner. I would advise anyone that needs a good cut to visit the Jefferson Commons location. They are the best.

Moved here from Texas and couldnt find anyone to cut my hair correctly. This location let me in 10 mins. before they closed and girl named izzy faded me up and did a great job. Im glad i found this location. Its the best one Ive found in Louisville! 🥳

I got an MVP from Bonnie. It was top notch from start to finish. I would highly recommend her to anyone. The store itself was your typical chain Sports Clips and was clean and easy to find.

I love this place however I asked for one stylist and got another.. which I am cool with. She did a excellent job in cutting my hair. Thumbs up. MVP was a joke. Please just dont offer it if your not going to do it. My last dollar spent on it. I even said something at the shampoo . So either I need to be trained on what the MVP is or the stylist does.

I went to this Sport Clips and I got lucky enough to get Mahogany Calvin as my stylist. She is amazing. Her attention to detail and her knowledge of the products she uses is bar none. Friendly conversation was great and she gave me one of the best haircuts Ive ever had. Definitely go and request her, you will not be disappointed. She has become my permanent stylist.

First haircut in three years and my first time at a sport clips. Amber did a great job. Ended up donating all of my hair and she did awesome helping me with this goal. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

I so want to call the manager on this individual I just hope because of whats going on around the states this lady isnt taking things out on white clients. I made an appointment for my son and I on May 28th. My hair stylist was friendly and courteous but my sons not even close. The lady that cut my sons hair was not friendly or courteous. After we finished my son (11 years old) said he didnt like how she forced his head back and forth while cutting his hair. He also did not like the fact she rushed her job and did not take the time and care to cut my sons hair the way he wantedit cut. When finished, he looked around and saw other hair stylists were taking their time and being friendly.

I would give a zero if I could. I will NEVER be back. I checked in online, went I and waited 45 minutes, just for them to take my name off the list and let everyone that showed up 30 minutes after me go first. You really need to hire better employees.

Hannah was absolutely amazing. I was kind of abrasive when it came to the information on the keyboard. She walked me through it, gave me the best haircut I possibly ever had and recommended a great product, all while delegating duties to other employees and maintaining a professional attitude. I will be back to see her when I am in Louisville again

Seriously worst haircut of my life, first time here, they had what seemed to be a new stylist cut my hair. Luckily a senior stylist helped to salvage it. But yea the experience was terrifying. I’ll still have to go home and trim my own hair after finding more imperfections. I’m so happy it’s winter and beanies are appropriate attire.

Great cut! But rather pricey for men. If any part of your beard gets touched with a razor, they have to charge you for a full beard trim.

Wouldnt go anywhere else. Nobody besides Angie is allowed to even touch my head. Pre booking is very convenient. Top notch service!

Friendly intelligent staff that gets you in and out quickly. Not sure how much the warm towel is really worth to you. Whether it should be added on to the basic cut or just left up to the request of clientele is up in the air. Think you would get more business if the price met in the middle. The same people would request as the ones who turn down. This way people may come from more afar rather than feeling tricked by the commercial.

I walked in here and there were two girls working, Five Guys waiting around to get their haircut, and the TV wasnt even working. I figured Id wait and get my haircut but then I noticed that the girls are spending more time talking to each other and checking their phones then they were actually cutting hair aint nobody got time for that. I wont be coming back I went over to Great Clips at Cedar Springs

Took my son here yesterday and he got the worst haircut of his life! The big black girl cut it, I can’t remember her name, and I will never take him back. It was free so I didn’t complain and I only gave $1 tip, which I didn’t even want to do that but I guess for her time. I normally cut his hair and I was self taught, so why is someone who’s supposed to be professional, be so bad? I wish I could remember her name to tell everyone to avail her. Hopefully I’m able to upload pictures to show just how bad.

Holly introduced me to the MVP Program. I got a great haircut, a warm towel and scalp treatment, plus a massage. The MVP treatment was only $25. I left Sport Clips feeling great!

First time at a new place. I grew up getting my hair cut in a hole in the wall place. Owner sold. So for the first time in 24 years I had to find a new place to get my haircut.Ive heard great things about Sports Clips. Nothing but the best! I met two wonderful ladies. Amber is the one who helped me and got me like Ric Flair, STYLIN AND PROFILIN!!!Defiantly a 5STAR experience. I will be back.

Generally do a good job, but employees are incredibly slow. Only 3 people ahead of me and took an hour and a half to be called.

Terrible service. I went in wanting to get the back if my head shaved below my ears and I was turned down. Had no idea that they couldnt do what they were trained to do but only in a smaller section.

This was my first time trying a sports clips. Was going to sign in on-line but it stated no wait. So went in and no one really acknowledged me. Once I signed in, it also stated no wait. I waited 35 minutes then left. There were three other stylist going over products with each other and only one cutting hair. I was disappointed in their service.
