Do not offer online appointments & confirmations if you are not staffed to do so. The key reason anyone would reserve an appointment online 24 Hours in advance is to save time. Time = Money & you missed 2 confirmed appointment made a day prior. We will not return, after waiting more than two hours for the barber to show up.
