I attempted to give my kid a haircut and messed up so bad I just could not let him go to school like that the next day. I went to Sport Clips and although they were closing early andhad no more appointments available for that day, the nice lady took us in and fixed my kids botched haircut and she took her time and didnt rush and provided the BEST customer service I have ever encountered when doing something unexpected and last minute! Thank you Sport Clips!!!

Went to get my sons hair cut after a 3 month attempt to grow it out. He went for a high and tight. The stylist was so sweet, informative and did and amazing job! I love about 40 minutes away and will be bringing him back to see her!

I have been a regular at the Dixie Highway location for 3+ years and I always leave here pleased with my haircut.I highly recommend a hairstylist named Marilyn Godfrey.She does excellent work and has a great personality and customer services skills. I give her a 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ rating !!

Its average service at 21$ a cut even if your just a veteran getting a buzzcut which I find odd that theres no differentiating in price based on service required, a 4 min Buzzcut isnt a 21$ cut in my opinion, and worth noting they repeatedly attempt to sell you there house or promoted products even after politely declining for 4th time 😣, and including the irony of attempting to sell shampoo and conditioner to a man getting his head buzzed 😅, All and all its just average with a cheesy sports gimmick pushing house product at a slightly higher rate then other shops in the area, especially for those getting a simple haircut.

Went to get a haircut. Specifically mentioned multiple times the which number guard I wanted to use so it wasnt too short. I also specifically mentioned multiple times not to cut with a part. I left with a fade two sizes too small and a very pronounced, hard part. Unfortunately, I couldnt tell until after the haircut was over since I had to take my glasses off. Very dissatisfied.

Had to wait 33 minutes in my car but the lady who cut my hair made it worth the wait, even suggested a new item for my hair, a very good visit.

Normally I would give this place 5 stars. They do clean haircuts on white, mixed, and black folk, it’s a clean environment, my toddler stays entertained by being there, and the stuff is friendly.BUT.My son and I just had to leave because the requirement for entering is wearing a face mask. My son is too young to wear one and if he does, he could die from hypoxia. It also doesn’t help that he has respiratory issues; regardless he cannot get a haircut with his father without endangering his health. So I guess if you have a baby or toddler, they want you to endanger your child for the sake of a haircut 👎 nope not happening

Been sitting here for 20 minutes and only two girls working. Neither acknowledged I am even here, the one girl finished a cut and after talking on the phone told the other girl she needed to go pick someone up. Youd think that with only one other person waiting other than me that she would at least take care of us first or at least apologize and acknowledge we are even here. I usually get great service here but if this is going to be the new normal, looks like I may need to find another place for a haircut.

This has been my go to place for 10 years, but no longer. The staff has made a complete turn over, and it seems that the new crop of stylists is unskilled and unprofessional. It’s a shame that the high quality ones have left. Had to fix my bad haircut last night myself.

Ive been many places to get my hair cut. As a member of the military, I require my hair hits a specific standard. These gals put up with my pickiness and and greet me with a smile every time. Ive never left here disappointed with my haircut. Im never going anywhere else. Yes, the prices are steep. But you get what you pay for. You want cheap? Cut your hair in the mirror.

First, a general review. I live on the other side of town but work in the area of this store. I will wait to get a haircut after work rather than walk to the Sport Clips across the street from my house. The staff there is consistently waaaaay better than any of the other stores Ive gone to anywhere in town (or Indianapolis)Now a specific review on my last visit. Daniel cut my sons hair and Chloe cut mine on our visit this week. When we left we werent even to the car before we had both raved about it. The conversation was good, both gave each of us the best haircuts wed had in a long time. Ive never been one to go in and request a specific person, if they are there I will now.

I usually never have a problem with this place but in this circumstance I was waiting in line and I was next and someone came in that had signed up online supposedly that was in front of me and there was a girl walking around doing nothing she could have cut my hair before that appointment got there just laziness ridiculous. Its really hit and miss here. Last time I went I was asked how much off the top to which I replied very little, Im trying to grow it out. Solid inch and a half to two inches gone... Not to mention I specifically stated I sometimes style it back not just to the side so what does she do... She makes one side longer than the other so now styling it back is not longer and option.

I would give them a 0 star rating if it were possible. They are extremely over priced and I’ve had my hair cut there multiple times, each time my head breaks out. They clearly do not clean the clippers. They should be shut down for lack of cleanliness. Will not be back.

Extremely slow. These ladies act like this is some kind of womens salon and spend 45 minutes to give a simple buzz cut. Too much gossiping and not enough work being done. This is supposed to be a mens barber shop not a damn gossip barn salon.
