Took my 7 year old grandson in for haircut! He had a tremendous head of hair! He wanted a modern Mohawk haircut! Heather was on duty and she did an outstanding job! This is 3rd time its happening, I booked my slot and it was given to someone else. After waiting for 50 mins I left. They could have called me, but unfortunately there is no apology.... and then I booked time with Katlyn and someone else did the haircut since she was with other customer.... if this online slot booking cannot be handled by the team then I guess its of no use. I will never goto this salon again.... I have been your customer for 4 to 5 years but I guess I should find something else.

Felt like I needed a haircut after more than a year of not having one (that wasnt at home during quarantine). I went later in the day around 6pm, and took me in with no wait! Their safety protocols are great, didnt feel unsafe at all during my visit. Left with a great haircut at a good price!

Shannon at Sports Clips did a great job. I gave her free reign on however she wanted to style my hair and it turned out well.

Heather did a phenomenal job on my hair. She was fun and energetic and over exceeded my expectations.

Decent cut. TV was blurry. The entire time I was getting a sales pitch on what was being put on my hair and face and then the final pitch came. Everyone was getting it. I wanted to go in, get a cut and go. No the case here. I was also 30 bucks out of pocket for a simple flat top. VERY NICE folks, I just rather do into a barber shop and git r dun.

I always get the best hair cuts there. I have been going to Mattie for a long time now and she always does an amazing job. Everyone is friendly and I always have a great experience. I would strongly recommend anyone looking for a new stylist to go to the Sport Clips in Plainview and go see Mattie!! You wont be disappointed!

Mattie is by far the best hair stylist lady I have ever met!! She did a phenomenal job cutting my hair and was also great to talk to!! Every one that was there seemed to be happy and having a good time. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Give mattie a raise and possibly a promotion!! Keep up the good work!

I checked in online. There was going to be a 20 minute wait. When I got there the screen stated that I was next. There were 2 stylists finishing up and 3 were reporting to work. One stylist finished and then went and talked to the other who still had a client. I was never greeted by anyone. 30 minutes passed since I arrived so I stood up and went into the other room. 2 stylists were talking to the client who was finished, the other 3 were standing around. Again, no one even acknowledged my presence. I left and I will never be back.

No attempt to fade the sides. Bold spot cut into middle of my head. Uneven, differant lengths all over. My 9 year old could have done a better job. To be fair, Ive come here for three years, this is not typical. Came back to complain and no manager on duty. Waiting to see if they can fix it. Will update after they do.

Never had a bad experience. Been going here for 3+ years now and wont go anywhere else. Anyone who says otherwise is the type of person that just loves to complain and can never be made happy about anything.

Slow, rude, inexperienced, waste of money. Do not waste your energy on this place. I’ve been here 4 times once to fix the terrible job that was done the day before and I will not be back!

It doesn’t matter how colourful you keep the place or how many number of big tvs you have, until you have/show basic courtesy to a customer. Pls treat people like people no matter what color or country.

The place looks great, TVs everywhere, I asked for a simple haircut, when I came home, after I took a shower, I did see lot of uneven spots....so I encourage the clients to opt for the head wash....
