I can not say enough good things about this place. I brought a new car and by far the most expensive car I have ever owned and I went through a car wash and it ate my rim. I was mortified and had no idea that rim repair places even existed. I called the gave me a quote and when it took it in they were done before the estimated time and it looks amazing!! I can’t even tell where they fixed it. I wanted to try to cover it but they made it disappear!! And the staff was all very friendly. Highly recommend!!!

They were great with my rims, that had some curb rash, and some clear coat flaking. The office manager (lady) was super friendly and helpful with my rim insurance company, she did everything for me and even let me setup shop and work from my laptop at a table in the waiting area. The shop Mascot which is what I am officially calling Leroy, he is a beautiful dog and super calm natured when I asked to see him.Great work and customer service. If you wondering if they fix flaking or scraped rims for insurance plans purchased at dealers they absolutely do!

Ok..I read a review about the use of Witchcraft to fix rims and I can tell you it’s fact. My 22 inch rim was warped and I started shopping for a new rim.A friend told me it could be reshaped and to look for a shop that specializes in fixing this. Read the reviews and saw the positive posts. 5 stars,I’m so pleased with the results.Nice waiting room with chairs and couches I wish I had.I hope I never need to use their services,but it’s FANTASTIC to know if something bad comes up,they’ll just wave a wand over your ride and you drive off as happy as I am.

I made an appointment to get my wheels stripped, then powder coated. Ten minutes after dropping off my car, I received a phone call saying they were unable to remove my wheels. I think the absurdity of this statement resonated in real time, as Stephanie told me she’d ask the guys again and call me back. When she called me back, she told me it’s not happening…that Louisville Alloy “WHEEL REPAIR” was physically unable to remove my wheels (again…a wheel repair shop is unable to remove my wheels…for repair) and they would have to turn down the job unless I was able to remove the wheels, and bring them in myself.I picked up my car, drove home, popped my trunk in order to get out the factory lug nut wrench…you know the one…so cheap you have to screw another piece on it just to get any leverage, then proceeded to loosen, then tighten every lug nut on my car…in under 5 minutes. I was able to do…in under 5 min (and with inferior tools)…what Louisville Alloy Wheel Repair was unable to do at all. Keep in mind…money was no object…they physically were unable to remove my wheels at any cost.Obviously, I wasn’t going to take my wheels back to them, for fear of them running into something that might actually require problem solving skills…so I found some rims online, and had Tire Discounters put them on. When paying, I asked if they had any problems getting the old wheels off…to which he replied they did not.If you’re thinking about letting Louisville Alloy Wheel Repair touch your car…you’re braver than me. Even had they actually been able to figure out the puzzles that were my factory lugnuts…well nevermind…they weren’t.Had it not been for Stephanie, this would be a zero star review. I actually felt a little sorry for her having to call me and explain that a building full of grown men were incapable of taking wheels off a car…never mind the fact that those very men were “Wheel Repair Specialists.”

Stephanie and the team must be practicing some kind of witchcraft because my gnarly, curb chewed wheels looked better than new in 2.5 hours from start to finish. Super clean and comfy waiting area with wifi. Though I hope I dont have to, I will def use them again!

After curbing my rim into a lane shoulder it was looking pretty gnarly. Alloy Wheel Repair made it look brand new and it only took them 3 hours to do so. Price was super reasonable. Highly recommend.

I took my BMW Alpina B7 to this shop to have a rim repaired. Pretty straight forward procedure. They then tell me that they can’t fix it, which is perfectly fine. Before I come pick up my car they tell me that they “can’t” get the wheel cap back on. Which I find strange but I don’t think much of it. When I get the car back home and try putting the wheel cap on myself I notice that they cracked the inside of the wheel where the wheel cap needs to be hooked on to. Now, if I ever want the wheel cap back on I will need to buy a $1,000 rim for something that was not my fault. Not till I confronted them did they tell me that “oh yeah, we broke that.” I just found that very unprofessional along with showing that this shop clearly doesn’t know what they are doing since they do such poor quality jobs as well. On top of all of this, they told me in the beginning that, “yeah, we’ve done many Alpina’s so we know how to handle the issue.” Apparently not. Please avoid this shop at all costs. Never was I asked about helping me to fix this issue which they caused (broke). Just not how a business should be run.

They welded a cracked rim from my 2012 Charger. It failed to hold air after the repair. I knew it might not work so I can live with that. But, in taking the wheel off the vehicle and later remounting my wheel, they cracked 3 of my lug nuts and gouged the other two probably with a wild impact wrench. $75 for me to replace the OEM lugs at the dealership! They didnt seem to care it took two hours for me to get the damaged lugs off.

I couldn’t be happier about my experience at AWS. It was such a quick and painless process. I have shiny gold aftermarket wheels and honestly they nailed it with the repaint. They look good as new. You all saved me so much money and so much time me. Can’t thank you all enough. Definitely will be back for my future wheel repairs and repaints. Keep doing what you all are doing! Definitely will be recommending you all to anyone who needs a wheel repair.

Took my vehicle to them because I curb rashed 2 wheels and all 4 had lots of random knicks around the lug nut holes from various tire change facilities getting rowdy with the impact guns. Once I got the car home, I noticed multiple runs in the paint, there was a lot of over spray on the valve stems and wheels had scratches and knicks around the lug holes which I assume was when they remounted the wheels back onto the car.

I had three wheels that had been scuffed from curbs one had several large gouges in it. They repaired and Polished and brought my wheels back to life on my X5. Did an excellent job, the clear coat really stands out. What a beautiful job!

I hit a 4X4 on the Gene Snyder a while back on a rainy night and it bent both wheels on the passenger side of my STS Cadillac with Brimbo Brakes, this was determined by BigO Tire store. I shopped everywhere for two replacement wheels and the only place they could be found was OEM from GM at One Thousand Dollars each. I contacted Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists and was told to bring the car in the same day and they would see if the wheels could be straightened. They took my STS in and in about Thirty minutes the wheels were straightened, balanced and back on my car. This was done at a very reasonable price. My STS drives now as good as new. I would highly recommend Alloy Wheel Repair Specialist to anyone needing a bent wheel repaired.

Would give them 6 stars if available. Took my BMW with some very rough looking rims (bent as well). For less than a 3rd of the cost to replace them (counting the spare) made them look like I just bought them new off the shelf. Highly recommended.

Awesome place to get your wheel repaired or refinished! They did a great job on my badly bent Yukon wheel. Even sent it off for repair for me when they couldnt repair in house, and installed back on my truck. All for less than $200. It was a fraction of the cost of a new 22in wheel. Highly recommended!!!

Went to get wheel repaired and found out it was unrepairable, this is when you realize alloy wheel repair was the best of the best, Stephanie located a wheel and had it painted to match my oem set I was really lost thinking I wasn’t gonna get a rim matched paint wise because my wheels have been painted for 10 plus years. I took my S550 to have the wheels chromed. I waited longer than expected because of shipping issues. Stephanie kept me up to date until the wheels arrived. Once they did, she examined my wheels with the eyes of a perfectionist, I was thoroughly pleased with the outcome...IT WAS WELL WORTH THE WAIT!!!!!!!

I went in to get my rim fixed. Had a little crub rash on. When my wife went to pick it up they were so friendly to her they helped her it in the car. The rim looked amazing brand new. They do great work fast and friendly very Reasonable pricing

Dealership told us we had a bent rim so we went here. They told us it wasnt bent and just cleaned the rim and put sealant on the bead, but still charged$125. On the positive side, its not leaking air any longer.

Severe curb rash on all 4 wheels. Look brand new and they only had it for 4 hours. Extremely impressed with the outcome. Would recommend to anyone.

Dont be fooled by the placement of Google Maps pin for this place. They are located in the very Southwest building of this business district (building 400). They are very professional and were able to repair my Camrys bent rim within an hours time. Would recommend them.

They fixed an OEM mini wheel for me. It had a bad bend in it but they where able to fix it in 24 hours. It saved me a lot of time and money. Very friendly and easy to deal with. 10/10 will use again in the future.
