I took my car in for a transmission replacement. After 2 months of it being there I had to get it towed to another mechanic. Before having it towed Keith admitted that they caused additional damage to my car. Now they are refusing to pay for the damage that they caused and have also stopped responding to calls or texts. My car might be a total loss now.
