These guys are awesome! I had a dent in the rear hatch of my car from a parking lot incident. My local body shop wanted to replace the entire hatch panel so I figured I would try Acudent. I made the knucklehead move of knocking over a pole in my garage that fell into the rear drivers quarter panel of my Porsche Cayman. Asked around for referrals and 3 out of 4 said Acudent was the best place to take my car. I took it in on a Wednesday for a quote and Brandon said the dent was in a bad spot (in the curved area of the quarter panel) but that he thought he could get most if not all of it out. Scheduled me for the following Monday morning so I dropped it off at 9:00am and my car was ready by lunchtime. I was prepared to still be able to see part of the dent but there was nothing. Even knowing exactly where to look I couldnt tell there had ever been a dent. Very pleased with the results! Parking lot vandals struck one afternoon and left a deep, softball-sized dent in the right front fender of my brand new vehicle. My out-of-pocket cost for an excellent job was far less than my $500 insurance deductible for comprehensive damages. The car is a fairly exotic foreign job with aluminum body panels. Several other local body shops I contacted wouldnt even bid on the repair. One companys proposal involved replacing the fender panel and repainting half the car with an estimate of over $3,500---IF they could even get the parts and paint. Scheduled an appointment with Brandon. Left the car there and when I came back the car was repaired as if there was never a dent. Because of the location of the dent, I knew it was going to be very difficult to work with. Very satisfied with the results of the dent repair. Came in on Saturday and repairs only took around one hour to complete. Brad at ACUDent gave a fair quote for the labor and gave updates on the work being performed, even properly patching up an access hole that was drilled out during a previous dent repair.

Brandon restored my car and my sanity. At the airport, I park my car far out of the way of others. Some hater parked right next to me and purposely put their door into mine. This is a wonderful company. They are friendly and do GREAT work at a fair price. I have taken two vehicles to them, both with a dent that was between a quarter and half dollar in size.I just picked them at random the first time, but Im glad I did. FJ Cruiser hood, done within 1 hour, cost was about $100 and it looked flawless. 1986 F150, when I first took the vehicle to them they were a little concerned about potential paint damage and recommended I speak with a body shop before having them try anything. I went to a reputable body shop (Jims in St. Matthews) and they told me it would likely cost around $600 and would require filler and repainting the door. He actually recommended me take it back to the dent repair shop and see if they could fix it first (he said it wouldnt make it any worse, so why not let them try). It was in a tough spot on the door (right behind the mirror), but these guys were able to get to it and knock it out. It looked like it was never there (with no damage to the paint). $100 and done within one hour. I cant say enough good things about these guys. Acudent is definitely my go to place for dent repair.

Great experience from front to end. I pulled in, had a thorough estimate within 15 minutes. I found the guy very honest about what he knew they could fix perfectly and what might be harder (I had a really deep long scratch with a dent). I was happy with his assessment. 28 hours later my car was fixed. I dropped it off the next morning, picked it up that evening and my car looked awesome. The other estimate I got was more than double and was going to need at least a week with my car, and was going to be 3 weeks to get it in. Id go back to Acudent 100/100 times again.

I first went to Accident back in 2007, they remove two dents from the roof of my Chrysler 300. They did a great job cant tell dent was there. So last week someone but three deep dents in the hood of my f-150. He (Brad) told me he couldnt get the dent completely out but he will make it look better. And man did he make it look better! He looks great I can believe my eyes. I thought I would have to buy a new hood but they save me money. I would highly recommend any and everyone to take there car to Acudent. Took my daughters Mazda 3 down there this past weekend on off chance I could get a quote for a small ding in the rear panel. Brad greeted me with a big smile, and apologized that he was finishing up another car to ensure he met the time commitment he gave to the customer. I took my car in to have them look at a particularly nasty ding on my rear driver’s side door that had creased the metal right where it flares to make a streamline down the side of the car. My first estimate from a body shop was for $750. I took the car to Acudent, which gave me an estimate of $250. I agreed to the price, but figured it would be a patchwork job at best. Wow, was I wrong. I cannot even tell where the damage was on the door. It looks brand new to me. I cannot believe it. Fantastic work.

I recently had an awesome experience using Accudent to remove a door ding in my new Volvo. After receiving an estimate from Brandon I scheduled an appointment to have the work done, My car was taken back to the shop immediately upon my arrival. Brandon told me it would take about an hour so I chose to wait for the repair to be completed. He smoothed out the dent in about 30 minutes and then began touching up the paint which had been chipped by the door ding. Being a perfectionist Brandon proceeded to touch up my door three separate times because he wanted it to be as perfect as it could be. When complete he handed me a bill for the exact amount he had told me in the estimate even though it had taken him longer to complete. My Toyota Tundra truck had some serious dents and several small dings. These had accumulated over time and bugged me to no end.
