Recently had the unfortunate experience of tearing the passenger mirror off my RAV4. Being new to KY I chose them based on reviews, proximity to me and my insurance company recommendation.Took in on Tuesday morning. They got the part number information and paint color required and ordered parts. Thursday I get a call advising the parts were in, they painted the mirror housing and could install Friday afternoon if I could come by.Friday afternoon I pulled in, they take my car back, installed and hooked up wiring and had me back on the road in under an hour. Couldnt have been simpler.They earned my trust and the 5 star rating by displaying awesome customer service with high quality work. Thanks all!

My car was totaled a few months ago thanks to a deer. I was recommended to Senns by the shop I originally took it to because they did not work on salvaged titles. Spoke with Jeff when I got there. Really nice guy! Kept me in the loop of what was going on with my car.Got my car back and the paint job they did was such a good match with the current paint job I could not tell any sort of differences. I was rear-ended 2 months ago, working with the worst possible insurance company of the person at fault. I visited Senns and expressed my concerns with the situation and they reassured to me that they would take care of everything, from dealing with the awful claim adjuster to setting up my rental. I cannot express how great they were to work with. Not only did they keep great communication during the entire process, repaired the damage back to PERFECT condition, but they even detailed the interior of my car! They are amazing and I wish I wouldve known about them years ago!

Honesy place, great work and fair pricing

I had an accident with a deer on January 10 and my nissan rogue was severely damaged. They did an excellent job and fixed everything and I picked it up yesterday on January 21. As I was driving home this morning, my car engine light came up and immediately pulled over to see smoke coming out from under the hood. Called senns immediately to let them know the problem and they went out of their way to pick up my vehicle from Jeff wyler at St. Matthews and immediately began to find and fix the problem. They were able to fix it and just got my car back again in the following afternoon. I am bad with names but Jim and Bryan I believe, did an excellent job dealing with customer service, politeness, respect, and went beyond what I expected. I trust this place and if I ever get into another accident (I hope not) again, I can trust these people.

Over charge me to replace headlights told me bumped had to come off and charged me 134 bucks he lied to me the bumper dose not have to come off you can just stick your arm in and change I will never come back to this place and would not recommend this place to anyone.

I wanted to wait a while to post this in case another issue came up with my girlfriends car. I am giving it two stars because I feel people actually read these more than the one star rants.Her car got rear ended and like others the insurance company recognized the shop and trusted the personnel to quote repairs. There is a nice tall gentleman there until you realize he is the good cop when the other one comes out and they try to run their charade on you. Anyways they fix her car and it looked pretty decent, at this point shes happy, car is fixed and they did a good job. Fast forward two weeks after a lot of rain and her car is smelling terrible. The trunk had 6 inches of standing water and it was leaking into the back floorboard as well.We take the car back and explain to them what happened. I think it was the owner who then proceeded to say he has owned a building for 10 years and it never leaked but all that rain made it leak. I responded asking if someone completed repairs on the roof a couple weeks prior. I think he started to think logically after that. It took some more arguing and they decided they would try to fix it. Hasnt leaked again but terrible service and workmanship, I wouldnt trust them to fix a Big Wheels.

Excellent experience with Senns. Bryan was very helpful and great with communications. Repair was high quality and car looked like new. They also cleaned the exterior and interior - my daughter didnt recognize it :) Id highly recommend these guys to anyone that needs collision repair.

I took my car to Senns after being rear-ended. They were very upfront and transparent about the work that needed to be done, how insurance works with getting the parts, and they had excellent communication throughout the process. When I picked up my car a week later it looked incredible, inside and out. I didnt expect them to completely clean the inside of my car. Thank you Senns!

They explain everything they will do. If you need a rental, they will set it up for you and it will be there when you drop off your car. They call you if there are any delays and explain why. The car is neat and clean when you pick it up. Havent had any issues with the work/repairs that was done.

My wifes vehicle received some damage during a minor accident. Our insurance provider recommended that we go to Senns and I am so glad they did. Senns communicated with us via SMS at every step of the process so we always knew the status of our repaid. Their work was completed quickly and superbly. The car looks brand new and they even detailed the inside as an added perk. If we need body work again, well definitely be going to Senns.

They were amazing! They estimated the damage and then found more damages. They had to keep my car longer than expected but it was worth it, my car looks great. They even cleaned it up and returned the rental for me.

This place is AMAZING. If you need a car repaired this is the place to go. They kept me updated with every step and kept in touch with my insurance too. I am a mom of 2 boys so my car was filthy when dropped off. They went the extra mile and washed my cereal and milk crusted floor boards and vacuumed my car. I was so happy with their friendly staff, excellent repair work and the extra little things rhyme did along the way. We will use them forever!

They did a good job on car and fast. But if communication is important to you.AKA when they will start working on your car or when it will be ready may not be the place for you. Got a text at 9 AM saying car would be ready in 1 week at 11Am got text saying car was ready.

I had an estimate done at Senns per my insurances request. I was lied to and told I had to sign a form to have the estimate done. I questioned this and was reassured by someone in the office, that this was for the insurance company and for the estimate. So I signed it. I was totally taken advantage of. They will try to pull one over on you. We decided not to use them to have the work done and now they want to charge me for parts and restocking fees! These are the people that give car dealers and repair shops a bad name. BEWARE!!!

Not an exactly friendly business. Also they would not give me an exact date of when they would be able to repair my car. I was told that I would get a call in about two weeks to schedule an appointment. I decided to go somewhere else.
