Ive been a client of the Mitsubishi store in Louisville since they opened and everything has been smooth sailing since. The service department is wonderful. Honest, efficient, clear communication. I told them yesterday I hear horror stories from people about other dealerships being so shady, expensive or hard to get ahold of. Not the case at Mitsubishi. They take good care of their customers. Highly recommend

My daughter had to have our Outlander serviced here. She was new to the area and was treated very well when she had to have her car towed to the dealership. It took a while to diagnose the issue but Sam in the service department worked with us to convince our extended warranty company to cover the repairs. It ended up being a very expensive repair so we are very thankful for Sam’s attention to detail and keeping us up to date on what was going on. Will definitely have her car serviced here in the future since she received such good service
Sam in the Service Department was extremely kind. I especially pay close attention to customer service qualities and I listened to him speak to others on the phone and he sure to speak with and to them with a calm, respectful and attentive voice. He was very nice to me as well. Thank you Sam.

Not a good experience. Spent two days talking with a salesperson about a particular vehicle. I get there, and they set me up with a different person and a completely different vehicle (we discussed and SUV, they had a corolla they were going to try and sell me). Told me a lower interest rate was impossible. Left and went to another dealer. Got EXACTLY what I asked for, a lower rate AND lower payment than I was expecting with a NEWER vehicle than I was looking at with this dealer.
Great experience. Our sales consultant came in on his day off to accommodate our schedule and was wonderful.

The night I purchased vehicle was great sale team was nice. But they took hours was in dealership for 5-6 hours. Once we bought car had lots a trouble with the staff. Kept calling to have us come in a redo paperwork that they forgot to have us do or they lost then they kept giving me the run around on the payoff for my trade in so I was getting calls and a late payment on my trade in vehicle that they now had. And now here it is almost 4 monthes later and they are just now sending paperwork out to get me a plate. Pretty sure they have 60 days to have this done which theyve already passed by. My temp tag is expired by month and half and keep getting told Ill call you back and they never do and when my wife calls Jeremy Smith in finances makes comment in background that he doesnt wanna speak with us anymore great attitude to have. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER.

They were prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable and explained everything extremely well. The work on my car was done quickly and they answered all of my questions. I felt very comfortable taking my 150,000+ mile car on a road trip after having it serviced there.I will absolutely use them again for any issues I have with my 2007 car!
Wonderful experience at Louisville Mitsubishi Store! Sales people are very helpful, no pressure. They WILL find you the best possible deal. Also, very COVID-conscious, showroom and offices cleaned regularly, all employees wear masks at all times.
There are no snacks or drinks for the waiting area. Just nothing to do period while you wait. And the fact they don’t offer shuttle or a loaner I’m shocked by

I just purchased an Outlander from here today. I was supposed to meet with someone but Nathaniel took great care of me. They took my 2012 trade-in and gave me a great deal. I enjoyed talking about the different places to eat while waiting for the paperwork to finalize.

Took my 2009 Lancer in for the recall. I scheduled an appointment but when I arrived there was no record of my appointment. The technician said nothing needed to be replaced for the recall. How do I know that part wont fall apart in a year? Theres already a history of the crossmember corroding, so whos to say it wont happen with a little more time. They also said the engine coolant and transmission fluid needed to be flushed and refilled, and front disc brakes were less than 3mm. I approved the fluid changes but when I went to replace the brakes at home, they were both more than 3mm. A week later I was adding oil when I noticed the engine coolant was not full- they barely refilled it to the minimum level.
I was helped by a young man named Nate. I have been very pleased with my Mirage purchase. Highly recommended!!!

Was not really in the market for a new car just yet but saw an add on Facebook for something that peeked my interest. It was Saturday so I decided to go take a look. The car I was interested in was in the process of being sold when I got there.😢 just wasnt ment to be.But Nathaniel Moore found another that I liked much better! This Outlander rides like a dream!
