Ive been a policyholder for over 30 years. Ive always received excellent customer service. Team Member Delores H is always friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. Whenever I have a question she doesnt have an immediate answer to (which is rare), she always gets back to me within the hour. I appreciate the great service I receive from the Charlton Grant agency.

So I called to get a quote for my new car, the lady was nice this is really not about this office more of state farm the company itself, she quoted me 432/mo for LIABILITY insurance for a 2017 model that is paid off, I do not have tickets or caused any accidents I am in the my late 30s, who can afford that? I called another company they quoted me 250 FOR FULL COVERAGE that is still high but more reasonable, the insurance companies are getting outrageous if it is the law to have insurance it should be a law on making it affordable PEOPLE PLEASE SHOP AROUND!!!
