State Farm has many commercials that highlight “like a good neighbor State Farm is there”, but for me this is an every day reality with Rebecca A. From our life insurance (which I was able to get while at a chick fil a), to our home policy (including a smooth process with a refinance), and most recently our updated auto insurance (while at home sick) adding coverage has been a breeze. Rebecca truly knows me and my needs and knocks it out of the park each and every time. I didn’t even have to ask and she instinctively knew I would need her to print me out some temporary cards (she sees the future and knows and remembers that anything that goes into my email inbox goes to a dark void of emptiness). Beyond that, it’s much more than just a point of sale for her, she has always asked the right questions and truly believes in helping people protect their dreams and their families. I’ve never once felt like just a number or an upsale with her and am so thankful for my great neighbor who truly is there for us!

Unfortunately on December 31st I wrecked my 2013 Ford Escape on my way to work hitting a curb hard and damaging the frame. It was my fault and my full coverage on the vehicle came in very helpful. The damages came in around $8,500.00 and at first, I was hoping that they would fix it because I’m a T-6 para and the hand controls were already in place. However State Farm (ST) did me a great favor and totaled the car and sent me a check for $10,575.28. The Brian Morrison Insurance Agency of Louisville, KY were with me all the way. Providing me with instructions on what I needed to do and they did all of the early leg work. Helping me get all of documents needed for the State Farm claims department so my claim would be processed quickly and they even help with getting me a rental car. Contacting Hertz and had the car waiting for me. My full coverage policy allowed me to get a rental car and they paid the first 40 dollars of the rental and I had to pay a very minimal fee per week. They allow up to 600 dollars for the rental fees which was awesome. To get the car out of the expensive storage and high fees that were accumulating I agree right away to have State Farm move the car to one of their approved collision centers which also helped getting the payout sooner and I didn’t have to worry with getting estimates on a car that needed a rollback or wrecker to be moved. One last thing, my car was needing work and I was about to spend some money on it internally and the exterior was needing a paint job and the mileage was close to 100K. Since I got such a nice payout from ST, I was able to put down 10K on a 2020 Ford Escape SE and with the nice down payment Ford Credit gave me an interest rate of .09 (less that 1%) and with my new 2020 car my monthly payment is less than $250 per month. Lastly the Morrison agency noticed that wife has our homeowner’s insurance with another ST agency in Lexington, which was setup long before we meet the GREAT folks with the Brian Morrison Insurance Agency. And by having our homeowner’s insurance with ST we get a great discount and my monthly insurance premium was less that 86 dollars per month and for the 2020 Ford it is only increasing less that 10 dollars. So if you have insurance with State Farm and homeowners with another company, put all policies with ST and save money.Sincerely,Patrick S. AutryLoyal Customer
