Insurance is what you make of it theres a lot of things that depends on Alice Parks was very very good for a while we still have our homeowners insurance up there but the card shirts for us was very very high I didnt see a whole lot of discounts for a group of people that not having tickets or have any accidents but it was real real too high the car we have so we went somewhere else on the staff of stars so the staff members are covered in God but its okay

Beware... Employees at this agency will repeatedly tell you they will call you back but never call you back. They said they were under staffed. So I gave them almost a week. Again, no return call. They have cheated me out of my money. I asked for documentation.I received an email from Kristen S. stating neither the Payment Plan Service or the Underwriting Team can provide me any type of documentation. I asked her to go back to her records but she said they can only go back ton 2015. I have all my records but cant speak to anyone that would give me the time of day. I wish I went with another company sooner!

We have been with State Farm for years, and Adam Sparks for close to a decade. We have had nothing but positive experiences. We insure our home, boat and multiple cars. My youngest sons truck had a mechanical problem; we called 5 minutes before closing time and Colson made sure we got in touch with the proper people and set up the tow for us. He called the next morning to make sure everything went well. In a time, when customer service is lacking at so many places, Adam, Meghan and Colson always make sure we are taken care of, in a friendly and timely manner.
