Good luck getting ahold of anyone who can help you with the simplest of tasks. Never gives a call back and is never in office. You will have better luck finding your own insurance directly through the providers.

I have a good policy with good rates but the service, I have not been happy with. It is very hard to reach agents and get a call back. I cancelled one policy and added a new one and they didn’t cancel it and charged for both for over 6 months. When I caught it, they wanted proof that I junked the other vehicle. I’ve moved since then. So I got no refund!

Nice people but prices are ridiculous! They told me my 6 months car insurance coverage was going to be $282.00/month and that was the cheapest they could find. When I got home I got online and found insurance for my car as low as $90.00/month. They are a ripoff! Dont waste your time!
