I have been following Rick Wardlow for better than 10 years. Best by far in the Louisville area. Most of the time I do not attend the viewings as the description and photographs are accurate. Wardlow Auctions do not sell junk. The auction items are clean and are not broken unless they are specifically listed that way. All your questions are immediately answered. Auctions have been my hobby for many years aftering going to a couple of the Wardlow Auction they are the only one I follow.

When a new survey needed to be done it was a relief to know the company they work with is one of the best. Joe Gribbins gave good advice in getting the house ready and provided a detailed list of how and when they would advertise the property. I was impressed with the online presentation and postcard brochures sent to prospective buyers. I cant thank Joe and the staff enough for the hard work provided and the peace of mind I had knowing that everything was done properly.
